“Im so pissed right now.... i called to see if they had my part, they said they did about 20 minutes before I was gonna be there. I called AGAIN ..... once again, they told me they had my part and the price. I was gonna be all set, get there, they don't have my part. They wanna send me to some sketchy warehouse that's 8i minutes down the road, I literally have about 10 minutes to get there before they close get there within the allotted time. And not only is the building sketchy as hell but there's nobody there walk around, knock, Bang, nothing I came all the way from Waterbury to get this part for my car and now I gotta come back!!! Terrible customer service. You shouldn't tell somebody you have their part, have them. Come all the way out there and then not have it. Send them to another location when that location is closed. So this was my initial review, but they did take the time out to explain to me what happened and make it right So i can give them 3 more stars, not 4. Because it should have never happened in the first place. But we're all human right.”

He and his staff performed the work to restore my car. Sakib always called with any changes and updates while they were repairing my car, which I greatly appreciated. He worked together with my insurance company to provide the best service. When I came to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to my car. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my car looked!!! I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! “Phenomenal service and the accountability to back it up!! Long story short, I got into a fender bender and had my car fixed at the collision center. Once I got my car back, about 2 weeks or so after, my AC stopped working. I immediately brought it there due to it being a hot day out and they immediately looked at it, communicated the issue and options with me, took it in, and worked on it. What really blew me away is when one of the employees mentioned the time length it'll take and offered to drive me home. I live in farther away, but he was able to drop me off at my grandparents, and even offered to come pick me up and bring me back to the collision center once my car was done. Thankfully the fix only took 2-3 hours, but I was very impressed with the service there and how fast they were able to fix it and took full accountability for it.”

They fixed everything in just over a week, got me in a rental, and handled the insurance company without any effort on my end. When my car was finished, it looked showroom new, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car for me! They also gave me a paint touch up kit for any future scratches!
