Horrible horrible customer service. This bank was recommended to me by another business owner because they are “good and easy to work with for small businesses”. Completely false! I was approved for a business credit card on January 4, after receiving the letter from the bank on this news I called because the branch manager was supposed to inform me of the approval (she never did). After calling for 4 days and no one answering the phone someone finally answered on the 5th day. I would have driven to the bank but it’s so far out of my way, almost close to an hour. She answers I explain that I have been calling and leaving messages for 4 days and no one has returned any of my calls. “Oh yeah I’ve been meaning to call you”, was her only response…. So she explains I was approved and the card will be mailed in 2 weeks to the address they have on file. I confirm they have the right address, they do. Two weeks go by and nothing. I start calling the branch, no one answers the phone, ever. It is now Feb 8, I have been calling for weeks now and someone finally answers the phone on Feb 8th. Again explain what’s going on, oh the manager is not available right now can I have her call you back. I explain that I have been calling for weeks now. Oh yeah we’re short staffed and we haven’t vent been able to answer the phones.Everyone don’t waste your time with this bank. Horrible customer service, no follow through/call backs, no one ever answers at the branch like almost ever. Thank god I only opened a business credit card with this horrible bank. If I ever get it I’m just going to close it.

If only there were an option for no stars.The latest reiteration of Connecticut Savings Bank - Key Bank is by far the WORST.Poor customer service.No concern for the client.Bank leans more towards being a liability than an asset. Yes - they find a way to COST you money without you actually owing them anything.There definitely are a few GOOD institutions out there. Key Bank is NOT one of them.Its your money. Choose wisely.

The manager straight lied to my face for ABSOLUTELY no reason! They are supposed to open at 9AM on Saturdays. They were running late and he told me to wait another 10 minutes so I say no problem I understand, and so I waited. In fact I waited another 25 minutes then to be told that I have to go through drive through. So I did. For him to tell me “Oh the inside of the bank hasn’t been open ALL year.” Then I proceeded to tell him, “Well that’s weird because I was just inside on Monday making a deposit.” He looked at me dumbfounded. Then asked me if I’d still like to make a deposit. At this point after waiting a half an hour to be lied to is complete bullcrap! I told him there was a line of people outside that were also going to complain because they didn’t even let us know they weren’t opening they just stood there and watched the cameras. It’s unfortunate that I’ve been going there for the last YEAR but I will never come to this branch again. I don’t even have an account there, thank god! I only come here to make a deposit for my rent.

If I could give zero stars I would! Hands down the worst customer service anywhere. Many unresolved problems with almost every transaction done at this branch.

I went to do some banking services today. when I walked into the bank the first woman who is the manager looked at me and said Rachel? I'm sorry my name is not Rachel... A little awkward. Ended up sitting in front of a different woman because I felt slighted. Ping Wang was very helpful and patient with me since I basically did not know what I was doing and wanted to open up a few different accounts thank you very much Ping.

I had a terrible experience today at this location thanks to the teller Marie, around 4:45 pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru to make a cash deposit of only $1113. 00. I frequently make cash deposits of this amount at the drive-thru window, but she told me I had to go inside because 'they do not take large cash deposits at the window.' I had never been told this before and have been doing so for 3 years. There was also no one behind my car at the window. She seemed very annoyed that I actually did go inside, as if she just did not want to count my money, perhaps because there were many small bills. She was huffing, puffing, and sighing as she counted my money, and said 'aye yai yai' at the ones counting machine. Then when I realized I had left a 50 dollar bill in my car, I called my roommate who was in my car to bring it in, she rudely said, "so what are we doing now?" and began complaining that she now had to count my money all over again. I told her that I did not appreciate her attitude, and that she can either do two separate deposits, or wait two mins and do one deposit. She began telling me she did not have an attitude and took about 10-15 minutes to count my money. I have never had to wait so long for it to be counted before. It turns out there was a man waiting for her at the drive-thru window while she was counting my money, so another customer would have been waiting for my deposit to be counted regardless of if I had been at the window or inside. Therefore, I should have never so rudely been made to go inside. Her miserable, rude attitude made me believe she just wanted me to angriy drive off in hopes she wouldn't have to count my money at all. She kept telling me that they will not count my money in the window, so I told her that I would be talking to her manager about that first thing tomorrow. Such a rude person who hates counting money should not work at a bank.
