I only had my emissions test done here and this was my first visit! I was greeted and taken care of by John as if I had been a regular customer! Very welcoming and great service!

They did my emissions test and wiper blades immediately on the spur of the moment in under an hour.
I have to add that somehow they let me drive off with one blade not finished. It was intermittent rain and only fate that I didn't turn the wipers on and scratched the windshield. I was 29 away when they called. In the end no harm but for what it's worth I don't know how to even guess how that happened.

Scammed. Terrible Communication. Discomforting. DON’T GO FOR ALIGNMENT THEY DID NOT DO IT CORRECTLY. PHOTO IS FROM ANOTHER SHOP ONLY DAYS AFTER I VISITED HERE. I came in for an alignment for $130, waited a long while and they told me they could only do the front because they needed to 2 bolts or something for the rear tires and then tried to charge me $400 something to “fix everything”. I said no I came only for the alignment I’m not spending more than that. They said to come back when the 2 pieces are in, I came back 2 days later.
When I came back and I was minding my business waiting, an OLDER mechanic, mind you I’m in my early 20s, thought it was okay to tell me “your boyfriend is lucky, you’re very pretty”, then he went back to the cars. I’M UNCOMFORTABLE! He comes back to me having discovered that my name was Amanda, showing me his arm that had “Amanda” tattooed and said “thought I should show you, it’s my daughter’s name too.” WHY?! I called my friend to pick me up I couldn’t wait any longer I was extremely uncomfortable.
Front desk originally said it would take 3 hours, try 6! I picked it up when they closed! He tried to charge me $400 something again and I lost my breath, I already said I’m not paying that. He then said “I could get it down to $120” ?! WHAT. I unfortunately paid and I drove away and my wheel is pulling to the right like it never has before. I called them the next day and they said come back?!? I did not go back and I never will. Don’t waste your time or money and if you’re a girl, especially do not go.

I had my tire fixed at Monroe Muffler and Tire in Woodbridge today and I was very pleased with the service! Josh and John were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I pulled in with a nail in my tire close to closing time. John (Store Mgr) and his techs took care of me immediately…. and didn’t charge for the repair.
It’s nice to know there are still good people around. I will be doing business there in the future and will encourage all my family & friends to do the same.

I can thank the gentleman enough who was working today and took care of my daughter. She got a flat over an hour from home. AAA could change the tire and could only tow her someplace. so she got towed here and they took care of her right away. replaced the valve stem, reseated the tire (twice), wouldn’t put the spare tire on because it was unsafe (old rusty and dry rot), saved the TPs sensor that was still “good” but incompatible with the temp valve stem they put it, and got her on her way to getting home safe! And the price was unbelievable!!! Thank you gentleman for doing a great job and ensuring your customer and my daughter were back in the road safe.
