I love the store! The convenience of having it in town has been amazing. I only wish they could somehow sell lumber too, then I'd never have to go to the bigger stores!

Ace of Woodbury gained a customer for life due to the incredible customer service of the Staff with a special shout-out to Chuck, Zach, and Mary!
They saw me coming and held the door with me still about 20 yards out. I felt like Brad Pitt coming to collect an Oscar!
From there, I was asked if I needed assistance from 3-4 staff members, I mean they were popping out of shelves like we were in Oz.
Similes aside, they were very informative and accommodating. I appreciate you all!

I'm currently using the Ace Handyman Service to fix a bathtub faucet. It's nice knowing the repairman is coming through a vetted & professional company.

They had the nut and bolt section guarded like they were selling gold. Wouldn’t let me look for what I needed. Horrible customer service.

I didn't catch his name but an employee helped me look for an odd size bolt today, we couldn't find it, but he found one right after I left the store and ran out to to catch me in the parking lot to let me know he'd found it. Really appreciated that, thank you.
