“I wanted to praise you on the AMAZING and dedicated group of people you have employed at your Southbury,CT location. I wish I could name them all but I wanted to compliment the following specifically. Jen, ALWAYS ready to help a customer. She's very observant and definitely on her A-Game. Leslie, so sweet and so kind and always patiently helps me with my coupons that just won't scan. I will never forget how much she has sanitized those self-checkouts! Jared, Probably the happiest human ever. Anita, I see her so often as I'm in there quite a bit and she's always so friendly and helpful. Dave in Produce is one of my favorite! He's meticulous and I enjoy our quick chats. The Deli Guys, you may have finally got them right. So far they are great and for a while I had a hard time saying that. Treat them well. Lee, will literally stop what's best doing to tell you about a special on eggs or milk and guide us towards that product. What moved me to write this was that my daughter turned to me on the way out and said "Mom, you literally know everyone". I responded that they have become my little friends and I enjoy seeing them. Thank you for cultivating a wonderful team. I shop for both my business and home and since I'm in there so often it's amazing to feel like they are my friends. *If there ever an issue they take care of it asap.”
