The people at the post office are friendly, no complaints there. But even though I gave them permission to leave packages on the porch , they still don't deliver, instead they leave a pink slip in my mailbox, now I have to go to the post office to get all my packages. This is very frustrating. The slip always says " no secure place to leave package" which I don't buy because I gave permission for them to leave on my porch, personally I think its just laziness.

Most of the time my hard cardboard envelope packages are always bent, I’ve had art pieces I’ve paid 50 dollars for BENT BEYOND REPAIR because they have the need to stuff everything into your P.O. Box without a thought of what could be inside it. Hard cardboard envelopes usually mean important documents that shouldn’t be bent! My packages also are almost never checked in on time, I’ll be leaving for work at 8:30 and my stuff hasn’t been delivered and I keep checking until usually around 10:30 or usually more after 11:00 that all of a sudden it says my package is there? I’ve had packages traveling not updated or scanned in and missing for DAYS with no email replies from usps helping at all. Arriving late with no delivery date change or no delivery date at all, packages not scanned in at between destinations. There’s no reason two packages from the same company purchased on the same date and mailed two days out from one another should arrive a week apart.

Less than 1 if I could. Our carrier is out for 2 weeks. No service since..am tol d by P O that the person had No training and No one showing him/her the route. When called last time I was told they lied about why a package was not delivered.

For a small town post office, I am bewildered by the lack of customer service here. I have never met a postal worker more rude, less helpful, or more useless than these people. Deserves a ZERO. God help you if you need help here, or if they misdeliver your mail; you won't be getting it, ever. The whole staff should be reassigned and new, actual workers brought in.

Tried to get a passport today and was told "No, they are understaffed and it is the holiday season", I went to Putnam and they happily did it in less then 10 min, very disappointed in my local post office branch....

Horrible!! horrible!! horrible!! Mailed delivered to wrong house and they did nothing about it!! i got alerted by social media that someone in town had my package. Again this week a package was delivered to another address ( they openly admitted to delivering to wrong address) and they have done nothing to retrieve my package.I get hung up on when i call. It's a week later!! No package and no calls explaining where it is!! This package was time sensitive and needed to be in my hands a week ago!! Disgusting this place stays open!

scheduling pick up's obviously isn't observed here. wonder what people who have children, elderly and or handicaps do when the service requests aren't bothered with. snow seems to be a hindrance to them, either way, they just don't look for pickups or stop mail? service requests??
