“If I were to criticize,the one issue is the continental style breakfeast, really? This is a B&B, typical, you get a breakfeast made from scratch, from a chef when you stay at a place like this Inn.”

“I've been having a wonderful experience staying here. The staff has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to feel like you are right at home. The property itself is beautiful. The garden and grounds are very well maintained, with gorgeous flowers, unique trees, and a peaceful atmosphere that sets this place apart.

The food was also outstanding. I had the mushroom tortellini with chicken, and it was cooked to perfection.

You can tell there’s real care put into both the guest experience and the details of the property. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would be happy to return.”

“I truly could not have asked for a better place to spend our wedding weekend than Lord Thompson Manor. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed it would be, and we felt so incredibly taken care of the entire weekend.

I especially have to call out Janice, our wedding planner, because I genuinely owe that woman my life! She does absolutely everything and somehow manages to remain completely calm while running around and managing what feels like 100 different things at once. She made the entire weekend feel so seamless and was such a huge part of making our wedding everything we wanted it to be.

And Ted deserves a special shoutout as well, he is truly the life of the party! He made sure our guests were having the best time and, most importantly, that everyone was accounted for and got home safely at the end of the night. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and our guests.

And THE FOOD. I cannot say enough about the food. It was genuinely one of the best meals I have had in general, let alone at a wedding. We had guests coming up to us all night telling us that the sea bass was the best they had ever had in their lives. And with the amount of appetizers they serve, you truly could not go hungry at Lord Thompson Manor even if you tried!

At the end of the weekend, we were already trying to figure out when we could come back. I am genuinely begging everyone I know to get married at Lord Thompson Manor just so I have an excuse to go back. We will forever be so grateful that we chose this place for our wedding, and I could not recommend it more!”

“What an awesome place for veterans and supporters to gather and have fun. Pool , darts and shuffleboard inside to stay entertained. They have events nearly every weekend. Great staff and friendly.
