Bri and the rest of the 425 Mass staff were very helpful in answering all of my questions, and providing a seamless transition and move in experience. Modern building with smart home features, thick walls, secure garage, great amenities, and the rooftop views are second to none.

We just moved in a month ago and the 425 mass team have been so helpful! Every time we have needed helped, they have been quick to resolve any problem we were having. The team is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I am a long-time resident and this review is with respect to the staff at 425 Mass -- This will be my 4th upcoming year living at 425 Mass and the staff is second par to none. Most recently, Nicolas made our apartment renewal/transfer process extremely seamless, only requiring one visit to the leasing office and less than 3 hours to fully move our lease to a bigger unit once our current lease expires. He was extremely prompt and attentive over e-mail and went out of his way to make this experience as smooth as possible. A special shout-out as well to Arif, Farid, Willie and Alemselam on the service team who have always been extremely prompt, effective, respectful and consistently have gone above and beyond with my service requests through my time here since 2021 when I was living alone, until now married to my husband. (Side note: To any females living alone, I would highly recommend 425 Mass! The safety and friendliness of this building is one of the best parts about this building and neighborhood.) The team here is absolutely stellar!

DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. Evening front desk students are lazy and don’t help residents Jada and Jada hang up on residents and tell say residents are harassing them.
The new GM LaRetia Brown harasses me and stares at me through her office. She is absolutely unprofessional and keeps trying to raise rent and all the utilities and amenities have doubled since she began working here.
There is a Tenant Associate in the building because of how bad management has gotten in this building.

I’ve lived here for three years. I’ve had a great experience with zero noise from neighbors. The staff is fantastic, and the maintenance team deserves a special shout out (especially David and Kadus).

We are now in year 5, going into year 6 of living in these buildings and whenever we take a peek at newer builds, nothing ever compares to these spacious apartments. The pools on the roof (two!) are wonderful amenities. The other tenants are super high functioning ambitious professionals and fun. The staff and the maintenance teams are top notch. We love it here.

This is also for 401 apartments, which is connected. I couldn't find a way to contact this location directly, so I had to call the 425 location. They assured me, a couple times, they had not received packages for me, but then later a tenant contacted me to say they had had them all along - for days. Very odd. I wouldn't trust this place with packages.
