Wow wow wow! I recently attended an event at this location and had the wonderful opportunity to meet with a rep named Chris who has left a lasting impression on me. He provided excellent information about the apartments and availability, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. His professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service made a great impression. To have this level of attentiveness for someone passing by and inquiring is exceptional. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a future resident as I’m new to this particular area. I always tell people if you’re going to pay a premium to live somewhere you should have that experience from the moment you walk through the door and my experience was nothing short of that. From the exquisite interior design to his level of customer service, I couldn’t have asked for more. Kudos to the training and management team at this property for maintaining such an inviting, warm, and friendly space. This would be a great place to call home.

Hey, my teenagers are heading off to college next year, so we’ve started the apartment hunt. This feels like a really strong contender. Big thanks to Chris and the team for the tour — we’ll definitely be keeping you top of mind as an option.

My bestfriend is preparing to move to the Washington, D.C. area so we toured the 455 Eye Apartments with Chris H. He answered all our questions regarding amenities, monthly fees, and availability of specific layouts. He even went the extra mile to give us insight on the surrounding area, to include restaurants, public transportation, etc.

I came by to do a tour with Chris this past Saturday 08/30. I love the building the front desk staff and most of all his professionalism and knowledge.
The roof top is perfect.

Do not rent here. The only “functional” window in my expensive apartment was unable to be shut for 9 months and leaked heat and air conditioning out of the unit, causing increased expenses to my heating and air conditioning bills. The permanently slightly-open window faced an alley where multiple garbage trucks operated on a daily basis early in the morning, and was a much greater noise irritant than it would have been had I been able to shut the window. This was reported to management multiple times without being fixed over the span of 9 months. Management gave many excuses without solution. For the price of this apartment, I expect broken features to be fixed quickly. Stay away from this unresponsive management company.

The staff at 455 Eye are all courteous, helpful, and highly professional. Chris in particular has been wonderful in helping me through the leasing process and in getting me acclimated with the building and its amenities. The building is in a convenient location in downtown DC and it is very well-maintained. Noise level is low and the community is very friendly. It's a real pleasure to live here.
I strongly recommend this establishment for professionals looking to work in the area.

This is an amazing place to live! The building is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Deron and Mea in particular are always so kind and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure us residents are well taken care of. Talking to them always brightens my day!

I have to say Kim at the front desk was like superwoman, My daughter fell ill and needed an ambulance, and my wife and I are in New York, and this all took place at 2 am. Kim open the apartment and was able to open the door to her bedroom, made sure she was dressed ok to go to the hospital. Like I said Kim is fantastic and she put us at ease that she was taking care of everthing. You are lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person as Kim.

I've had a great experience living here. The staff is so nice, and they always go above and beyond. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are clean and I always feel safe coming home because of the 24 hour concierge!

Massive shoutout to Deron! We had a very difficult situation moving in our furniture and he helped us throughout the process - not only did he help us set up the loading dock, drive the Uhaul in and out and move our stuff, he helped us to drop the uhaul back when he got off work, which can only speak from his prime character more than his diligence of work- Words cannot describe how grateful we are for him! We really would not know what we could’ve done without his help. Thank you so much Deron!! :) You are the absolute best!

Deron is totally amazing, always there to help, very welcoming, and always on top of things. He even helped me out with parking when I was having trouble getting a uhaul into the loading dock. Dude deserves a raise ???Amazing staff and great experience.
