Worst experience. Do not waste your money here. The guy working the register is so rude and racist. He literally asked me why I was purchasing so much; he said I was going to get big just like the other Latinos. He then continued to mock me by speaking nonsense in Spanish; all while laughing in my face. Never coming back, I’ll take my money somewhere I won’t be discriminated.

If I could this location a zero, I would! DO NOT use your credit card for purchases. I’m from out-of-town and I got scammed! Check their checkout machines before purchasing your item(s)!! My bank acted quickly when they noticed unauthorized transactions and stopped the payment process. Be careful when visiting DC because they will scam you!!!

Hey yall i just wanna say DONT use there bathroom i was just trying to use the restroom and a staff member BUSTED though the door and talked at me for 1 hour while i was shatting and then got mad because my shat smelt really bad but that’s on me because i had taco bell this morning and for lunch and it really don’t sit well with me, i should’ve learned my lesson from last time i was at this 7-11 but please don’t waste your time in there bathroom because it took up my whole day!!! (p.s. im still here talking to the staff member because she won’t let me go and she keeps saying your not leaving he again jerry i don’t even know a jerry)

So I visited this location during my lunch break and the cashier yelled at me because the waters I was purchasing were marked in the fridge as being 2/250. When I made the cashier aware of the mishap he proceeded to yell at me and then talk to me as if I'm unintelligent or something by further making me aware that the .10 charge was for my bags, which I was already aware of. I understand that the cashier and I have cultural differences, however I've visited this location before and so I'm familiar with the octave in which he normally uses. I will never visit this location again. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years and how he went about the discrepancy might I add is to his and colleagues doing, is not how it's done.
