I went there to buy pistachios and they charged me double what the sign said the price was. I complained and they refunded me my money, but wouldn’t honor the posted price!

Highlight of this store are the two African Americans that accost you on your way out. One of which is confined to a wheelchair. You are expected to either pay or part with your purchase(s).

Unethical. They lie about the system being down constantly and overcharge on items saying cash only. Employees are stealing and it's quite obvious. They don't know how to treat customers with respect. They refused to give me a receipt, yelled at me regarding rewards points and had the audacity to call the police on my husband when he confronted them for a refund. Of course I've recorded the incidents and posted them to YouTube and TikTok because they have been doing unethical practice for the past 2 years.

Rude employees, awful smell, rats, and belligerent homeless people at the front asking for a dollar or for you to buy something or steal for them(literally had some guy who looked like he was on something ask me for a Red Bull. When I said no her went inside and stole one. After making my purchase and walking out the same guy grabbed my receipt to see if I had money. ?)
Went two times in desperation for water but never again.
Also no ramp and the employees all speak an African dialect of French with little to no understanding of English. Plus the black guy with a messed up hairline stinks

This is such an inconvenience to the neighborhood workers and residents. There’s a very nice woman who works overnight, by herself, who keeps this location in great shape and fully stocked by herself. But when the men are working overnight, they always shut the whole store down from 11pm - 5am! How is it that she can do the job so efficiently and they cannot? This is very upsetting to those who rely on this store at the hours where everything else is closed. 711 is known for being a reliable 24/7 convenient store with fresh coffee available at all hours of the night.

This store is infested with rats. I've seen them on numerous occasions but tonight one ran right past my hand as I was reaching down for an item. I don't think the management cares about this or the belligerent pan handlers who hang out on the front steps all day either. The board of health needs to shut this store down ASAP.

Please don't eat food from here there's rats running everywhere in this store the employees are really disgusting dropping food on the ground picking it up putting it back on the plate for customers to eat the food after rats are eating of it this store needs to be shut down immediately
