On 9/30 I commuted in from Pittsburgh for work in the District :-). I was out on a walk & stopped here. Got a few items.
When I got up front I saw they had blocked the exit & had a Somali immigrant up against the wall off his feet going thru his pockets. Accused him of stealing. I said "Put that guy down & place all that on the counter". Im like he had $13 worth of junk food. That aint nothing. I went ahead & paid (for 1st batch) then they took even more stuff out the guys pocket. Stuff he may have had/stole from somewhere else. I think the guy behind me took out some money too.
Just very inhumane how they treated the guy. I advised the store that they "were in the capitol & the wrong city to be doing that nonsense!" I nodded to the police on my way out who was on his way in to service the call!
When I got to my hotel, I threw the (2) items I bought into the trash I was soo disgusted with 7/11 & went over to papa Johns next door and got a pizza. I doubt I will ever give any 7/11 in the whole united states my business ever again!

Their small hard taco was too hard. All their other food was good. Good customer service and the place wasn't dirty. It not too expensive

The ad says $6.50 for 3 monster drinks, but the receipt says $6.99. Be careful, everyone. I've talked to the manager, but he knows he's not fixing it on purpose. That's a bad experience

Most of the staff are friendly. They seem to always be cleaning something when I come in. It’s in a safe location. In A convenient spot too. I like the $8 whole pizza, which for this kind of store is really actually decent.

The store itself is great and usually is fully stocked.Theemployees are always friendly, helpful and quick to assist. I don't however like the front door action and outside curb appeal...aka beggars/solicitors.? Maybe apply within? No really! Anyway, otherwise great! ?
