When I recognized that you have to stand in line in order to get a cup for your coffee, I felt there was a problem. Nobody steals coffee.Long story, short, I paid my bill and it showed up on the scanner that I had paid. The cashier told me it did not go through do it again. I told him that it showed up. He said it did not go through. I took out my phone and went to my bank account and showed him that it went through. He looked at my phone and gave it back. I felt like he was a rip off artist and trying to be slick. Not only did he not apologize he gave me absolutely no salutation whatsoever. This place feels like it is ready to rip off anybody who steps through the doors. I will contact corporate and if I don’t hear from them
I will not go to another 711 again.

What has gone wrong with 7-Eleven stores?They used to be the most dependable and cleanest of convenience stores. This location was trashed. And it should not pass a health inspection. They do NOT honor the 7-Eleven Rewards program, so they claimed. Yet I keyed in my phone number, and I was overcharged 90 cents for my cup of coffee

I honestly wish I could give it a negative star. Racial and Misogynistic men work here smh. Had my pre made coffee that I take to work EVERYDAY with me not thinking anything about it. I currently work as a teachers aide so I honestly don't have time to make coffee on the go. I always have to make it at home. I come in the store to grab some items so that I could have something on my stomach before I start working. I went up to the register and greeter the cashier by saying "Good morning". He frowned at me and started to scan my items. He asked me was my coffee cup a refill. I honestly didn't even know that you could refill your own coffee cups at 7 eleven. I started No, with no attitude even though I should have. When it came for him to give me my change he threw it in my hand. I started why would you throw my change on my hand. He responded because I thought you take free refill. So when he runs the tapes back and see that I never even stepped foot no where the coffee. He had the nerve to tell me not to come back?. Don't worry, I won't!!

Location constantly states their machine is “down” and that you cannot deposit cash into cashapp. If machine is so called down.. why not contact cashapp support?

That store is dirty on the inside. The coffee station is sticky with coffee stains. They allow people to hand outside smoking cigarettes and asking for money. I really hate going into this store.

I'm giving them 5 stars simply because the cashier could find and locate a USB-C cable and car adapter for me that kept my phone charging and even into the 20s by the time I got home after being as low as 8% when I needed it for work. I appreciate you all saving my day/life.
