Worst location ever always closed but they say they are open , please shut this location down , false advertisement for saying your open 24 hours but closed every night , I’ll be taking pictures every time I see the store closed and give you bad reviews everytime

This location is way better than the benning road locations. The only knock on this location is that it's always a homeless person outside of it however that really isn't the establishments fault

Customer service is terrible!!! I purchased 2 drinks and got home, open it up and it taste like medicine. I bought it back to the cashier. And explain to her that the drinks was expired.. She stated that she can’t replace it because it’s open!

I went i to the 7-eleven store at 4854 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave Ne, WDC at 9:44pm on 7/16/2023 to purchase a gulp cup with ice. When I filled the cup entire cup with ice. I paid for the rest of the items. My wife was using the ice to make an ice pack for her back and use some for her drink she already had in the car . Upon getting ready to fill her cup up, we notice a shiny silver piece of foil In the ice. This is definitely unsanitary and I should have followed my first instinct not to go this location. But with my past judgement from doing business in the area I said why not. 7 eleven store manager you have to do better.

every time i go to this 7/11 at midnight to get my money off my card and put it on my cash app the machine is either broken or like tonight one person was working and closed the doors because she was the only worker, this is absolutely sad and unprofessional!
