This is actually the worst Abercrombie location in existence. Might be my least favorite physical store of all time ! There was one person on staff who knew what she was doing/wasn’t rude (and she typically works at a different location!). We really can’t blame the workers, though. This is a product of trash management. Zero stars if I could !!! Please save yourself the hassle/frustration and just go to Tysons mall lol

This location is awful. Every time I go in, there are huge lines because they have one person working the register. It is always hugely understaffed, and the staff is rude and unhelpful and acts like it’s ridiculous for them to help you. I was just in, and there were two people behind the checkout with a huge line just standing behind the counter talking and not doing anything even though 15 or so people were in line while the only staff member doing their job was doing returns for a woman who had like seven items. Don’t go here if you expect a quick stop.

I intentionally had my clothes shipped here so I wouldn't have to deal with the insanity...and was told I needed to wait in a line that was almost to the door to pick up clothes I had already paid for. The store itself was a mess, everyone was grumpy, the dressing rooms were closed, and there were only 2 people to handle at least 40 customers.What a nightmare. Never again.

Really understaffed and it is typically a long line for checkout or fitting rooms. I do online pick up orders and I have not had any issues thus far. I do hope they can get better management since this is one of two A&F in the area (Tyson’s is a bit far for me).

They lost my store pickup order. It has been over a month. Someone at the store signed that they received it, but I never got an email/text saying it was ready to be picked up. Called the store and they said no, we didn't get it. Called general customer service, they said yes, the store did get it. Repeated this twice. Over a month and they still won't refund me.I like the clothes but the business is friendly but totally incompetent.

Yesterday the sales girl was very rude. She closed the doors violently minutes before 7pm. And her whole actitud was just so not okay.

Bad experience the girl told our group to get in line and we were The line. Dressing rooms were open. There were 5 of us and after dealing with the rude treatment a couple times we put everything back and left. I cannot even explain how rude she was today. I can see why they are having a tough time if that is who they hire.

This store is really great! I was looking for a new place to shop and I have never shopped here before and their jeans are really nice! The quality is worth the price in my opinion. The service is really nice as well. When you ask for help they are more than happy to give it even if they are swamped and usually they are. Sometimes it's crazy busy so I don't shop that day or I order online to avoid the lines and crowded store. Everyone is super nice here and I highly recommend trying their stuff at some point

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. This is the WORST service that I could’ve had. My sister and I went to D.C from Pennsylvania to try on clothing since we do not have an A&F near us. That is a 4 hour drive for HORRIBLE customer service. We waited in an hour line to try clothing on and even in the event that we got to the fitting room the girl that was “tending” to the fitting rooms was so disrespectful. We ended up not getting anything because of the disrespect we were shown. Awful brand representation.

Lines to the changing room and the cashier. I was about to return some things when I heard the cashier tell another customer that their system could only issue a refund to a merchandise card and they would have to contact customer service "on their own time" to get the refund from the merch card to their original card. How is that acceptable??

The service here was horrible. My friend and I respectfully came in at 6:30. I got one pair of jeans and my friend got a dress and we wanted to try them on and the lady said the dressing room was full and did not offer us a key when the doors opened up, but proceeded to help another woman eagerly right after we had just asked the same thing. There were two young women folding clothes... talking loudly as for us to leave as they closed soon (there was 30 more minutes) did not greet us or treat us with kindly. The two younger women one had a black bob and the other had long black hair. Left an AWFUL taste and were very aggressive, dismissive, offensive, frightening, and discriminatory. Please fire them. Its sad because I love Abercrombies loose fit jeans, so I will go on and will ignore these ladies negative sad attitudes and live my best life in my loose fit jeans!!!!!
