Darlene is a real sweet heart. She really knows here stuff. I entered the store with 5 minutes to closing time left, with 2 individuals that was already in the store a head of me. Mrs Girl did her thing all 3 of us was outta there before closing time. She is a real asset to the company. I sure wish that every CSR I encounter could be like her. I haven’t done business with ACE check cashing in years. The experience I had with her today have made me decide to come home. Give my girl a raise. Thanks Darlene
