I love Ace Hardware, especially this location! Whenever my pup has a vet visit nearby, I always stop in to grab him some snacks and a few toys. The staff is friendly, and they always make the shopping experience quick and easy.

I unfortunately have moved out of the neighborhood but wanted to drop a review and say that every time i shopped at this ACE it was a really pleasant experience. Never really expected to think a hardware store was so awesome but the employees and overall vibe here are so good. Very helpful and friendly.

Noah was very helpful went the extra mile making the experience great. Rest of the staff was very friendly also greeted me when entering the store and I was offered assistance if I needed anything by multiple employees while browsing the store

Wow- what a great resource for the community. I was visiting from out of town and helping someone on a variety of condo maintenance projects which led me to use the Adams Morgan hardware store 3 times in 5 days.
Each time the staff was welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful. The inventory is extensive and well merchandised. Including lots of tools and even individual parts and fasteners (Screws, etc) Everything you’d expect from a large well managed hardware store.
Can’t say enough good things about this ace hardware on Columbia road in NW DC.

Never knew about this Ace until I had to rent a carpet cleaner after a small flood. Merinda was so helpful and knowlegeable from the first phone call to the return. She's amazing!

Noah in Adams Morgan was GREAT. He helped me find the lightbulb I needed, which is quite complicated, but then he kept on looking even after he found a solution- in case there was a better one. THANK YOU! Love Ace for their staff. Also - thank you Abby! She actually figured out how to hopen a jewelry box that I had lost the key too could not have done this by myself. Amazing.
