Rooms: Zimmer sind gut und geräumig, allerdings sollte man den Zusatzbeitrag für Kaffee und Wasser auf keinen Fall buchen. Kaffee ist eine Katastrophe. Man kann keine ausgiebige Dusche nehmen wenn noch weitere Personen mit im Apartment sind, das Wasser bleibt dann nicht warm für mehrere .
Die Wasserspülung der Toilette ist extrem laut das man in der Nacht wach wird.

First of all, the location is great.
I enjoyed jogging every morning to the White House, the Capitol, and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby.
This is the best location for sightseeing in Washington.
It was a two-bedroom room, and one room had an independent bathroom and closet, so it was comfortable, and the other room had a wide bed and closet, so it was comfortable for four people to stay without being cramped.
The living room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking.
(However, the knife was not very sharp.)
I stayed for a week and enjoyed Washington to the fullest.
I will definitely use it the next time I visit.

Great location. Nice front desk service. The rooms are a little worn, and there roof terrace is not really usable due to a lot of noise.

Rooms are decent, service in lobby and bar was excellent, location was perfect. The reason for the 3 star rating is the parking. I was charged $177 for 3 nights parking in their underground garage plus an additional $31.86 DC State Parking Tax. So almost $70 per night just for parking! Other posted overnight parking rates were lower. I feel I was overcharged, especially being a paying hotel guest. Not happy at all and will be looking to stay elsewhere next time as a result.

Rooms are pretty spacious here, reception service is a mix feeling, some staff are super friendly and helpful, a few staff are very cool type of people that doesn’t want you to bother them for anything at all………location wise is quite close to the subway/ bus stations, and “The White House” but is quite far from grocery stores (about 15 mins walk one way)…..they have washers here but not dryer so if you wanna wash clothes you will have to hang dry them…….

Absolutely top location, very central and within easy walking distance of everything. The White House and National Mall can be reached in just a few minutes. The room was extremely spacious (2 people - approx. 100 square meters). The staff was friendly and accommodating. TOP

This property was remarkable. The suites exceeded our expectations and came with separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and laundry facility. Gorgeous decorations and the lobby was very fancy (and smelt amazing!). Was not expecting this high level of quality considering it was one of the lower cost hotels in the downtown core. Highly recommended.

Safety: Felt very safe in this neighbourhood.
Walkability: Very close to the White House and other attractions.

Took a friend back to her hotel and didn't know she was staying here! When you first walk in, you see elegance! It smell so beautiful and the staff are wonderful! I would have to stay here for a couple of nights just to get the full experience
