The first time I came to this practice I had a positive experience. However, the second time I came, the practice gave me a strep test that was never sent to their lab. I sent multiple messages asking about my results, and finally the doctor called me and told me that there was no record of my tests because they were never sent to the lab. The reason she gave for this is that the person who took my test "wasn't trained." I was shocked by this answer, of course. And, they are still charging me for my visit. I would urge caution in choosing to visit this location for urgent care.

At Allcare, they seem to ALL, CARE!!I’ve had an excellent experience.Before the first bit of meds for your body, your mind would be at ease!First impressions are everything!I found Dr Duke and his team at Allcare to be a pleasant professionals.

I went early in the morning due to chest congestion. I was seen very quickly, and the staff was very kind, entertaining and professional. Would recommend to other people who cannot see their PCP.

Don’t go at 1:55 on a Sunday. They won’t see you. Even if you have a broken arm and in serious pain. ☹️

Great alternative to Medstar! I was able to get same day appointments and was actually seen when I got there. I have not had that luck with my primary doctor.

No walk-ins after 3 pm at this location. I called ahead, no answer or callback… and the website doesn’t mention the walk-in hours anywhere. Would have appreciated the heads up before making the drive in the snow.

I'm so thankful that this office opened. It's easy to get an appointment and Dr. Adams is such a lovely person and attentive doctor. FYI, their windows are tinted so it sort of looks like they're closed even in the middle of the day.
