I've now shopped here three times and signed up for their frequent buyer program. The consultants have been very patient, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. Semi-custom deliveries have been a two-week turnaround. Quality has been top shelf. (They need to fix their doorbell.)

Shutout to Beth - excellent customer service on her part & the only good thing in this whole experience. Alton Lane made the worst suit I've ever purchased in my life. Their alterations are terrible & super off - I had to go back a couple of times because they did not stick to the original measurements. So yeah, you pay a lot of money for custom suit that doesn't even fit well. Their old stylist basically created the whole suit for me - I only picked the suit color. Turns out a few days before my wedding, I found out that their inside linings basically made my whole suit and pants see through! Yes, you can see the boxer and everything... When I asked online customer service to do alterations, they said no because it passed the 30 days warranty. So if you want to pay a lot of money for ill-fitted & see-through suits, do pay them a visit!

Clothes made in a factoryClothes made in China, hence why it takes 6 weeks to get clothingNothing is made by a "Master Tailor"Nothing is "made to measure" it is all genaric sizing and gets fitted again after waiting the initial 6 weeks.The only thing custom about the clothing is the exorbitant amount of money charged for them. There is no amount of money that would ever make me purchase from this company again.

I bought about $1500 of clothes here two months ago and have not heard anything. Zero. Zilp. Zilch. I've emailed twice and called once and have heard nothing. Zero. Zilp. Zilch. No idea what's going on. Did they forget to put in my order and are now scrambling to figure out what to do? Did they go out of business? Are my clothes just sitting there? Do they not care? I don't recall ever having an experience like this with any commercial enterprise.

I just wanted to give Ben a shout out. I visited Alton Lane for the first time last weekend and was very impressed with his attention to detail, and wonderful customer service. He was very welcoming and made the whole process easy. I am looking forward to receiving my custom suit.

Good service but of the three suits I bought there all have had issues with fraying and lost buttons. One liner came loose and had to be redone. Shirts are of mixed quality and all have issues with losing buttons within a year and fray easily.

Purchased a suit here while I was building my wardrobe out a few (3) years ago. Upon delivery, they ensured the fit was perfect; the suit still looks great to this day. The products are high quality and the customer care is exceptional.

Fantastic made to measure suiting and shirting. I just got my first dress shirt from them and it is perfect, it fits like a glove. The shopping experience is great, they have a ridiculous variety of fabrics to choose from, you're bound to find something you like and won't regret shopping here.
