When you pay $30 to see Dune: Part Two and they have the audacity to play about 40 minutes worth of trailers at the time the movie starts. You guys really milked that one for what it was worth.Every other aspect of seeing it was great, but that was some real greasy stuff you pulled.

They need to really turn the heater off. This is the second time I have had to sit through a movie profusely SWEATING in a T-shirt!!They really took the immersive experience for DUNE to the next level.

I appreciate the fact that AMC works with non-profit organizations to organize screenings of non-commercial movies.

As a busy AMC, yes they're out of some items by Saturday and machines often breakdown. But the staff is always hard working and I've always enjoyed my time here.

I have very unpleasant experience with this movie theater which is loud so badly during commercials that at one point I measured 132 dB noise leve( scale A). According to the standard. People who control the sound level are totally ignorant. Noice of 110 dB(A) is not only unpleasant but can destroy your hearing ability forever. Imagine 130 level.OSHA i clear that, Regular and prolonged unprotected exposure of more than 1.5 minutes per day risks permanent hearing loss. I am not sure if DC has any regulation about the noise but at least it is very irresponsible to put people at this risk in a movie theater.

In the heart of the city, where the lights do shine,There's a theater, quite suburban, in its design. With a bar where the grown-ups can sip on some wine,But the popcorn's gold, in a pricey incline.Oh, Georgetown's rent demands a hefty fee,For a kernel, a coin, or two, or three.Yet, we flock for the flicks, with glee we concede,For that suburban feel, in the city, we need.

The movie we wanted to see was sold out. Chatting with the staff trying to choose another, everyone was friendly. There was a good number of staff in the ticket area.I'm sad to say both bathrooms were a mess and unstocked. Stalls without toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels. Then, I remembered all the staff hanging out together. I'm not sure if there's different staff members who stock the bathrooms, but there was definitely enough staff there to fix the toilet paper, soap, and paper towel problem.I flushed one toilet before sitting down because there was paper towel in the bowl. A lot of water bounced out of the bowl onto my clothes. I was grossed out! I went to wipe the toilet water off with a paper towel. Nope, none. I found some TP and tried to use that. Then I went to wash my hands. No soap. Gross. The staff said they do their best, but the customers are sabotaging things (people, people, people, no paper towels in the toilets please! ) But that didn't explain all the missing supplies. Finally, they directed me to someone that handed me two movie passes- there was no, I'm sorry, nothing. Just silently handed me the tickets and walked away. The theater was good. Chairs, sound, etc. was fine. Luckily, the grossness happened as I was leaving
