In the words of Tina Turner, Angelo is “simply the best.” From start to finish he kept me informed of the house buy in process (which was so helpful as a first time homebuyer). He helped learn the best ways to look at and evaluate homes from evaluating the age of a HVAC system to checking for water damage. Buying a house is truly bigger than just liking the aesthetic and I learned so much throughout the process. On the financing side, he put in touch with a great lender and on the business side, he worked tirelessly with the seller’s agent to get me the house that I wanted. I can’t thank Angelo enough!

Angelo is such a professional and gentleman. He is very knowledgeable regarding real estate to the point I thought he was an Home Inspector too! He was very thorough during showings not only showing the property but educating me regarding elements of the property. Loved how he communicated my needs to the seller promptly. 10/10 would recommend!

Our walk throughs were thorough, as he took the time to teach us what to look for when touring a home — foundation cracks, leaks, and previous water damage. Incredible experience with Angelo from start to finish. He showed us the homes like a true professional! He went above and beyond in not just showing us the properties but educating us through the experience. There was never a point that we felt steered towards anything and that was great. He just gave us the type of information you normally get at inspection, not a viewing. Great communication, consideration and a wealth of knowledge that he was more than willing to share! Thanks Angelo for your help in the process of buying our first home. During the walkthroughs and inspections of each house that we saw, Angelo made sure that we were aware of everything to look at and to pay attention to as potential new homeowner. Very knowledgeable of the properties we were looking at, Angelo helped make our home buying process efficient, as we did not have a lot of time to view home. He stayed with us every step of the way even as we wanted to view up to four houses in a day. Thank you again, our family will always be thankful for your help in this process.

As a single mother of four children, I never saw purchasing a new home in the cards for me. But then, I decided that I needed to show my children that I could do it. Angelo showed me my first property. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was on just about everything that had to do with the functionality of the house. After the tour was over, he asked me how I felt about it. There was no pressure. He was transparent about everything. 5-6 weeks later, the house is mine and he was there every step of the way! He made this experience so smooth. He supported and encouraged me throughout the entire process and reminded me constantly that what’s for me is for me. I can’t thank him enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Angelo for my first home purchase and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Angelo has such a wealth of knowledge which was quickly shown when we toured homes together. Angelo helped me gain invaluable insights on the condition/maintenance of the home from understanding roofs, HVAC systems and more, which gave me a lot of discernment and confidence. He would even quiz me to ensure I remembered what I was learning. I can still say today that I do!

Angelo and the Coalition Group SAVED MY MARRIAGE. My husband and I had been house hunting for over a year with no success. The delay wasn't because we were super picky or didn't have our finances. We made the decision not to shack up prior to marriage. Now we found ourselves married but living in separate residences. It became clear that the agent we had was not the right fit for us. I recently closed on a home with Coalition Properties and my entire experience was amazing! As a first time home buyer, the process can be a little overwhelming. My realtors Keith and Angelo were intentional in making me feel comfortable with the time I allocated to the process. Angelo played a HUGE role in educating me throughout each home viewing.
