  I stopped into Ann Taylor today to buy some suits and Lynette treated me like her own daughter! I am new to DC and the legal culture here and Lynette was so sweet. She gave me phenomenal advice and was so helpful, a perfect associate. She was fantastic! Much love to you Lynette, God bless! Thank you for making me feel at home 😊

  Christine was so unhelpful and frankly rude. I spent over $5k at Ann Taylor because I love their clothes. My package was delivered late and past the 30 day returns. Therefore I tried to return 2 items and she refused to help me or give me the price I paid as a refund. As someone who spends a lot At Ann Taylor I was shocked at Christine’s rudeness and unwillingness to help. I asked for a manager and she wouldn’t help. Given the horrible customer experience I will not go to this store. I have spent so much money and was only trying to return 2 items and she refused to help me. So sad because I loved their clothes but I won’t put up with horrible customer service.

  Each time I’ve been in here (Friday mornings) the ladies working were so kind and helpful when I needed a suit for work and when I made a return. They made shopping in person very smooth!

Miss Joy, the manager, Miss Zakiya, the style consultant and other amazing ladies that I unfortunately cannot recall their names, are there to help you find your desirable style and making your shopping experience so unique.

  I came in 20 minutes before closing in desperate search of a suit for an event two days from now. Angela immediately came to my assistance. By closing time, she found me a suit with the perfect cut and coloring for my body type. She didn’t even need to ask my sizes and guessed them correctly on the first try. I am so impressed with her and the rest of the staff - they know their stock and were all so helpful/friendly even with me coming in late. I am always a fan of Ann Taylor stores but cannot recommend THIS storefront enough!

  This store has the worst employees ever… so useless and judgmental….They mocked my briefcase (I went in after work). I also asked them for a size zero bc I can’t fit into a 00 dress. They told me to “lose a few pounds.” Just order online instead - these people would ruin your day honestly.

  I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store! The store's elegant ambiance and well-organized displays made browsing a pleasure. The ladies were incredibly helpful, providing expert advice and helping me find the perfect last-minute work dress for my conference 10 minutes before they closed, and they stayed longer steaming it for me, thank you!

  I love this store. Always enjoy going in and all the staff knows me because I buy Ann Taylor clothes all the time.Update. Today I met Joy the store manager. She is an absolute delight and I look forward to many more excursions to this particular store. She was warm and accommodating. You can tell she really cares about the customers. Christine the assistant manager is always helpful. Joyce is a sweetheart.This is by far what shopping used to be like at other retailers. These ladies have it ALL going on. Love this store!

  Giving this Ann Taylor location a soft pass. Why do you ask? For starters, the exterior of the store looked a bit shabby. Don't get me wrong, the window displays were on point. However, the awnings were faded and filthy...not a good look.Anyhoo, I gotta give kudos for the immaculate interior and flawless merchandise presentation. Unfortunately, the selection here is limited. Didn't see a lot of the smaller sizes in stock. Mind you, I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, but couldn't find one in my size.Luckily, I was able to find the perfect dress in my size on Ann Taylor's website. Y'all, their website has a bevy of styles, sizes, AND bargains. As for the customer service, I would describe it as solid. Received a warm "hello" from a team member upon entering the store. By the way, the team members were helpful, not pushy.Ann Taylor caters mostly to women over 35. Inventory is a mix of casual and business attire. Dresses and shoes are on the pricey side. Flavor is unequivocally classy and sassy.

  I had a great experience at this store. I went in at 9 am to buy a last-minute outfit for a funeral at 10 am, and the fantastic ladies working there got me outfitted head to toe with time to spare. Christina is amazing, and she deserves a promotion. If you ever need women’s fashion in DC I highly recommend this store. It’s open early and the customer experience is fantastic.

  I had one of the worst experiences when I entered this store. I’ve have not experienced any form of racism in DC but at this establishment you can cut the tension with a knife. Once I entered the store it was three other people shopping and they where white. The employees greeted them and was friendly. When I entered with my mother no one spoke. I was followed around the store. I never felt like I didn’t belong. I watched one of the employees run to the back like I can’t help you. The best way to describe this store is like one of the black racist movies.

  The closing hours are posted incorrectly. It says closing at 7PM but I arrived at 6:05 to return items and was refused entry - despite the fact that there was a customer still inside and their online hours say 7PM. On the door it says closing at 6PM. The sales rep was dismissive, not interested in listening to me, or being helpful to allow a 5 minute leeway, despite their online information being incorrect. Boo.
