I had to change doctors after moving to DC and parting ways with my internist from my hometown. That's to say I'm so far very happy and satisfied with my experience at Apex Primary Care. Dr. Darko is an excellent general practitioner and I am pleased with how thorough my appoints and checkups have been. Will definitely continue coming here for sick visits going forward.

I am very happy with the level of service I have always received. These are very nice health professionals who give you excellent service. They listen to you and they don't rush you in and out like a revolving door. It is a small practice and it was exactly what I was looking for when I came to see them for the first time. .

Excellent experience here! - The entire Apex practice seems kind, efficient and extremely capable, from the front office staff, the nurse, the phlebotomist, to highly experienced NP Jane Offei-Darko herself. In the waiting room, I overheard the receptionist walk a couple through a challenging billing issue with extreme patience and competence. Impressive. - I was dreading having to find a new GP practice after my old one (Promenade Primary Care in SW) closed. No more! ;)

I have been going to Apex For a few years now and love it. I prefer using a nurse practitioner to an MD because I get more time with her, it’s easier to set up an appointment, and I feel like I’m getting better care in general.Jane Darko is excellent. She is calm, professional, and compassionate. The office is run well. I always get an appointment when I need one. I would highly recommend coming here.

Apex Primary Care will answer your call at the first ring and respond to all queries at lightning speed.I am treated with respect, love, and dignity. I’ve been coming here for years now and have continued my care with them after leave the metro area. Jane is great and has made healthcare easy for me. Scheduling appts is as simple as a phone call and visits are efficient and informative. I highly recommend them.

The NPs at this practice are great. I always feel like they really care about my well-being. They are flexible with scheduling appointments. The providers are easy to get in touch with. I found this practice when I was in between jobs and had Medicaid and needed someone who accepted the insurance, but I love them so much that I have stayed with them since my insurance changed. I definitely recommend NP Jane Darko and Michelle.

I have been using Apex for two years now and love the nurse practitioner (PCP), Jane Darko. She is terrific. She's calm, professional, compassionate.The office is well run, too. I always get appointments when I request them. When I've needed prescriptions there hasn't been a problem. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly.(Unlike experiences other people have had, I'm not required to go there every three months. I'm not sure what people are talking about there.)In summary, I prefer going here to going to the GW clinic, using MDs as PCPs. You get more time with the practitioner and better care.

I've had such great experiences at Apex in both of my past visits! They clearly articulated the forms that needed to be completed prior to my appointment so checking-in was really efficient. I was seen at my scheduled time and I felt taken care of by each of the staff members who I came in contact with. I very much appreciate Catherine, Michelle, Jarlene, and Iliana at Apex Primary Care!
