I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max at this store. Every interaction felt like an effort to upsell. First with getting more storage (512 GB is enough for me). Then AppleCare, which I had to decline twice. Lastly with their small business program even though I don't own a business, I made that clear, and again had to decline twice. The entire experience felt like a cheap and poorly disguised effort to get me to spend more money, as if the $1,400 phone I purchased were some sort of bargain or favor.
I was already a reluctant Apple customer, only getting an iPhone because of the poor SMS integration with other OS. Apple used to be better than this.

During my recent visit to the Apple store, I was genuinely ready to make a purchase. However, the experience left me disappointed and, frankly, a bit offended. I was left waiting without any guidance, while another customer was allowed to go ahead of me without explanation. It felt as though there was no clear system in place to ensure fair service—no acknowledgment of who arrived first, and no effort to communicate preferences or procedures.
To improve the experience, I would suggest implementing a simple check-in system or queue to ensure customers are served in the order they arrive. Clear communication and transparency would go a long way in making everyone feel respected and valued. I truly believe that with a few adjustments, the store could offer a much more welcoming and equitable environment for all customers.

I’m from out of town and went in to replace my daughter’s phone as she lost it in an uber. We ended up not being able to purchase a phone as we didn’t know the pin to activate it. The woman we worked with (from Nigeria, I didn’t catch her name) was the most incredibly helpful and thoughtful salesperson I’ve ever witnessed. She didn’t take our money and offered an on the spot therapy session and we all cried. I love that lady. My daughter who lives here will def be going back tomorrow and spending her money at this Apple Store and will probably purchase more items because we know we can trust them. One million stars for that sales rep. I’ll never forget the support you offered. Thank you.

A young lady by the name of Ariana did a fantastic job in providing me with the answers and info I needed to resolve my problem and if any customer in the future has a opportunity to have her as an associate to help be thankful and if you have the possibility to have her as the associate to help you with your issue purchase or whatever the case may be that brought you an apple do it. She was wonderful again to reiterate.

It would be better not to waste our time with young guys/girls that know zilch how to offer help and relevant information. I came to the store for my Apple Watch that was not adequately charging, spent an hour and left with zero additional knowledge. Eventually I found the answer by googling it. Such a waste of time!

Rudest Apple Store employee I have ever interacted with. I was asking a few questions about an Apple Watch band (which he also answered incorrectly after looking online) and he was incredibly pretentious and unhelpful. I will never be shopping at this location again.
