17 million stars to Clint, who was a knight in shining armor for me when I locked myself out of my apartment (by leaving my phone inside). No staff in my building were able to help, so I rushed to the only place I could think of with phones: AT&T. Clint helped me contact someone so I was able to get back in, and Clint even gave me a stack of post-its to write down the info. He was so nice, and I’ve never been happier as an AT&T customer than I was right then. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Malik provided amazing service and he gave me the most amazing gift an single mother in this world can find - care and guidance. My son broke his phone at school completely and I couldn't afford to just get another $1,000 phone or pay the balance of the old device, but Malik took his time and looked at all options to determine the best one and even had another store nearby hand deliver the new phone since he didn't have in stock. He saved me money that I couldn't afford to give up as if it was his own money on the line that to me is the kindest gesture of anything in the world. At&t will always have my business at this location simply for Malik
