Laud was so helpful! I had a reoccuring problem with my phone and people at other at&t branches weren't very helpful. Laud fixed my phone in 10 minutes and was very kind!

No exaggeration, this was the worst retail experience of my life. I walked in to inquire about service and was greeted with the coldest nonchalant welcome by a short male store rep with dreads. I tried to charge my phone while I looked around - something I’ve always been able to do at T-mobile and other phone stores - only for an ARMED guard to approach me aggressively demanding “what’s your business with AT&T?” to which I replied I wanted to switch over but I need to charge my phone in case I need to make any payments. Another store rep, a female, with just as little compassion as the rest insisted that I couldn’t charge my phone on 6%. No one in that store seemed to have any compassion. Here’s the kicker feeling unwelcome and rushed, I left the store and I forgot my bag in there. I came back within the hour to pick up my bag only for them to tell me they put the bag on the street. They couldn’t even hold a potential customer’s bag for less than an hour. This experience has turned me off AT&T completely. If you’re reading this, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT GET AT&T SERVICE!

I needed a SIM card, because the old one was deactivated, so when I got there I was greeted by Charles and I very professional and very knowledgeable about what I was there for and less than 5 minutes my phone was working again.

I recently had my phone lost then stolen in the metro and in a panic I walked to this AT&T Store to see if I can get a new phone. Brianna helped me tremendously and assisted in getting me a new phone in a quick and timely manner, which helped me calm down. She was very kind and helped me have a better day while assisting other customers. She answered all my questions on what I should do with my current situation and provided great advice. Thank you, Brianna!
