The people working here are very helpful and kind.
I would like to point out Erick's helpfulness: we found ourselves in the critical situation of a lost phone in the metro, came into the at&t store, told him about the gravity of the situation, no questions asked he handed over his phone and assisted us in recovering the lost item.
He was also hands down fair in providing guidance letting us know that for the phone model which I possess, there is no at&t package that will work.

Title: Disheartening Experience with Racial Discrimination
I recently visited this store and had a deeply upsetting experience. While waiting for assistance, I was subjected to racial slurs from another customer. The customer was quite belligerent. It was shocking and overwhelming, especially given that I was nothing but respectful.
What compounded the situation was the lack of proactive measures taken by the staff. While the manager did apologize after the incident, I felt more could have been done to address the behavior and ensure a safe environment for all customers. I couldn't help but wonder if the failure to act was influenced by the racial dynamics present, as all the individuals involved were black.
I believe establishments should prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere and actively intervene in such situations. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed. I hope the store considers taking stronger actions in the future.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE
The manager Ivan Martinez hostile and rude with me and I wanted to file a personal complaint against him. I called customer service and they told me I needed his Employee ID to make an official complaint. When I asked him, HE REFUSED. I told him I wanted to speak to the his boss. HE REFUSED! I tried handing him the phone to speak to customer service he refused. The level of un-professionalism with this guy was astounding.

Demetrius is awesome! We purchased a new phone and watch for my 80-something mother for ease of communication, tracking, and the SOS feature. He spent so much time with us picking out the best product for our needs and then helping us become familiar with the new technology. Thank you!

Embarrassing level of service. They simply don’t understand their product. The staff is friendly but clueless. I will leave you with this excerpt from consumer reports: “In contrast, AT&T finished dead last in our ratings, behind 18 other companies, big and small. It got a poor mark for value and a weak mark for customer support, though data service and cellular reception were both rated adequate. “ look it up for yourself. My old phone stopped ringing if the legitimate caller was not in my contacts. I thought it was a software upgrade glitch. I tolerated it for 9 months, then got a new phone. Same issue, so I thought it was a SIM card problem as I was using the same SIM card. I finally went to the ATT store in person. Holy cow! Why on god's green earth did I wait so long?!? Nijee and Jasmine bent over backwards and spit nickels to resolve the problem! They changed the SIM card, no resolution. They both made multiple other adjustments, no resolution. Nijee then called ATT tech - and had to wait on hold just like a regular customer, but she couldn't have been more patient. Turns out there was some kind of internal systemic ATT switch (yes, literally) on ATT's part that hadn't been turned back on (not sure how it turned off, but I don't need to comprehend the situation). Bottomline: I was with Nijee and Jasmine for well over an hour; they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. I cannot say enough about their service, second to none for sure! I was supposed to get a follow up text with a survey so that I could submit my accolades; but that text never came, so I am writing this review instead. Store Manage Jai, you have done some fabulous hiring! Hold onto those folks and give them a raise! Well deserved; outstanding experience. My gratitude is eternal.

It's a complete deception! Very bad experience! AT&T internet air!
1. Amount fraud: When I was in the store, the staff told me that there was a promotion of 47 dollars per month. After I started the plan, I found that the amount was 65 dollars. I called again to confirm. I was still told that it was 47 and this discount would last for at least two years. As for the 65 on the order, it was because there was no discount, but the actual payment was still 47. But tomorrow is the payment date, I called again to inquire, and the customer service told me that it was 65 dollars per month! There is no 47 dollars! I was deceived! This is completely false advertising! Deceiving consumers! !
2. Date deception: I didn't get the device until September 27, but the bill started from September 25. Why? This is simply unreasonable? I didn't receive the device! I didn't use any traffic within two days of receiving the device. Why do you calculate my time like this?
3. There are so many mistakes, which caused me great trouble: I kept waiting for you to mail the device three times! ! The first device was not delivered and was lost on the way, so I needed to contact customer service to resend the device. I have a language barrier and the customer service does not provide translation services. Some of them have a very bad attitude and are very impatient. You can't imagine how much time and energy I spent on the phone communication! Finally, the second device was delivered, but I couldn't activate it after repeated operations. I spent a lot of energy to communicate and deal with this matter. I learned that you sent me a device that did not match the serial number of my account. Due to your mistake, you sent me the wrong device, which caused me to spend a lot of time and energy. Finally, I had to go to UPS to send it back! Shouldn't you pay me labor fees? And when I contacted customer service to resend a correct device to me, customer service asked me to go to the physical store to cancel the order in person and place a new order because they could not operate online! Later, there were various problems in the physical store, which took half a day! I didn't exaggerate! It took so long to successfully cancel the order and reorder! How do you compensate me for my time and energy? I am really disappointed that I have been in so much trouble later! The third device was finally successfully activated without any problems, but the network quality was not good, and there was such a fraudulent amount! In short, my usage experience is very bad! So I cancel this service now!
4. Promise deception: I spent half a day in the store to deal with the order problem! The store manager felt very sorry, so he offered to waive my phone bill for a month, but he didn't. Are you cheating me? Shouldn't you compensate me!
I originally trusted you very much, and everyone in my family has a phone card from you, but this happened and I am very disappointed and angry! You are cheating consumers! You should compensate me! Extra compensation! Instead of asking me to send the device back by myself and pay $65! You should waive the $65 fee for me and pick up the device at my door and take it back with you!!!
