I was thoroughly impressed with Abner’s service! I believe that was his name. He was truly an angel and I would’ve thought he was a manager had he not said he was relatively new. I had a long day of car issues and wasn’t able to make it to AutoZone until about 7:40p
before they closed and he was still kind enough to test and change my battery. He saved me so much trouble because of his kind heart and servant leadership and my car feels as good as new. Thank you Abner!!!

The staff were super helpful helping me pick the best options not the most expensive ones and came out to the parking lot on a cold day to help me install the parts.

I bought a battery a year ago at the Auto Zone on Rhode Island Ave. A year later the battery died. When I took it back they said I was not in the computer system so they would not honor the warranty, even though there is an Auto Zone sticker on the battery itself showing the date I bought it. So because the person who rang me up a year ago didn’t put me in the computer System when I bought it I’m stuck buying a battery, again. I do not recommend this place to anyone, will never go back. Must also mention when you call the store you get placed on hold for a 1/2 an hour - I just ended up hanging up.

Very poor service I bought 2 battery for $500.00 and they don't want to install or tach it at all they refer me to out side mechanics so I pay those mechanics Auto zone advertising free installis wrong

Maybe if you're desperate... I ordered a small part online for store pickup to try them out. After two days, it was still "Processing" so I went over there to ask about it. The employee looked around for ten minutes and then refunded my order because they couldn't find the part. I went over to the disastrously organized area he was looking in and found the part and purchased it. Meanwhile, at the next register over, the manager was trying to tell a customer that she needed to find the contents of an empty box display unit herself by going behind the counter. Lots of rudeness throughout this process too.
