Huge shoutout to Howard at this AutoZone! We showed up past 8 PM on a freezing night after our car battery died twice during the day and were pretty stressed. Despite closing at 9, Howard was incredibly gracious and patient as we picked out a new battery. He replaced it for us, all while dealing with the cold. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. If you ever need car help, this is the place to go. And if you're lucky, Howard will be there to make a tough situation much easier. Thanks again!

Every time I visit this place I get mad. Once they know am here for engine light check they told me to wait I said OK then I asked after 20 min the female staf ( the manager ) told to me to wait. when another person came for the same reason she get out and assist the person. No excuse or no explanations why the person behind me get priority Bad customer service I always experience here. Finally the gentele name by Howard told the other staff to assist me and I got help after 40 just for engine check.Thank you for the team the manger uh no thank you !!!

Complaint Regarding Multiple Visits for Incorrect Part and Poor Service
Dear AutoZone Customer Service,
I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated issues I’ve faced during my recent visits to your store. I initially purchased a left-side wing mirror instead of the left I got a right side wing mirror, but was unaware of the mistake until my mechanic pointed it out. When I returned to AutoZone, I had misplaced my receipt, and despite speaking with a "manager" by the name of Barry who didn’t resolve the issue, I had to return several times before the store manager named Pan finally helped me.
This process wasted a lot of my time, and I was disappointed with the lack of efficient service and communication. I hope AutoZone can improve customer service to avoid similar situations in the future.

My experience with the manager was off putting and he appeared to not want to engage or assist. Eventually, I left without purchasing the tools that I needed. The manager(Ethiopian gentleman)needs customer service training. Certainly, staff morale is low.

The worse customer service ive ever experienced by the managers. They are so mean and yell at you for no reason. He (barry) Ethiopian guy and she (Pan) a african american woman werent willing to help you or even understand the situation i was having with my battery. Nasty attitude. Never will go back to this location. Been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and never had to leave a bad review to autozone.
