On Tuesday, June 4th at approximately 10:30 am, I had an unfortunate experience with Gladys, the bank manager.
Gladys's decision to refuse assistance with cashing a check seemed to be based on unspoken assumptions. Her reasoning was vague and left me feeling upset and confused . This was particularly disappointing as I have never before felt the need to contact the corporate office of any business.
Gladys's conduct left an impactful impression. I will be reaching out to corporate with more details, as I believe this matter deserves serious attention.
