I visited 4-5 different bank of america in Washington dc and mary land here is the beat bank .Always banker appreciate say thank you for waiting even when l didn’t wait for a long time. Especially sara hernandez is best she let me know where do l waste money and fix it with very kind attitude. I will visit only this bank! Thank you bank of america!

Petty lies. And I don’t use that word lightly.Went to get a cashiers check. Told it’s usually $15 (already a rip off for people who have an account with the bank) but as we are “preferred customers” it’ll be free. Manager comes and tries to herd us into a timeshare style info session. We say no. There is no mention of a charge since we didn’t do the info session. Manager even says he won’t charge us. But the teller charges the $15 fee to the account without telling us. We just see it later in the account. I can’t believe this legal, and it’s definitely not ethical. Seems like a poor return: lost a 20 year “preferred customer” over dishonesty that could net them a whole $15. Where’d these folks learn finance?
