I am always met with helpful enthusiastic staff members. They are always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Very rarely crowded and I am always helped immediately.

I have never seen more than one teller available. Why have four teller stations and employees milling around while 6 customers are waiting? BoA provides terrible in-person customer service, but this location is particularly bad.

I give them an extra star because of the late hours relative to other banks, but that's it. I went in and was the second person in line. However, there was only one teller, and the first person in line decided to deposit quite a few checks, and I eventually had to leave because the wait was endless. A couple of bank officials walked past, saw that a long line had slowly formed while waiting on the one guy and one teller, but they did nothing. This is why people dislike big banks. They don't care about customer experience. But I guess shame on me for continuing to bank with them.

This location very close to my work place, they have supper customer service. The best thing about this location is they have 3 ATMs you never wait so long in the line.
