I have been receiving bank statements every month for the past 5 years even though I informed my personal banker at the time that I wanted to close my checking account several times via email. I live abroad so I cant go to the bank. Can someone please provide me with a phone number so I can resolve this matter ? Thank you in advance.

The other reviews are all on point, service here is terrible. Came in to deposit a check, was told the manager would come speak to me shortly about a hang up with the system. Waited 30 minutes before asking, and was only then informed that they were waiting on a different manager’s response via email? I was sitting five feet from the front desk this entire time. Just a bizarre lack of communication.The manager I eventually spoke with also got very pushy about a missing form until she scrolled down and realized it had been there the whole time. To her credit she seemed embarrassed about this.

Even though I was undergoing some problems due to debit card delivery, I was able to solve the problem by ordering new plastic, and also opening credit card. Thank you for the support and really appreciate for Rumana for kind services. Thank you

Worst service client ever. I came to ask for an advice about a third party check and all I got was the manager of the bank screaming to my face that they can’t cash the check, while I wasn’t even trying to negotiate the « No » and I was VERY politely just asking for an advice on what to do. Both the check recipient and me are client of your bank so this is extremely bad handling of your clients and worst customer service ever. I was about to open an investment account but I just left there shocked by this extremely rude behavior of the supervisor. If you can’t provide advice to your clients why are you even doing this job?

I would like to commend the service I received from your staff Rumana in the process that led to my opening an account at the bank. Ramana's approach and welcoming personality is a keeper both for new and existing clients. She was keen to assist and provide solutions to unexpected challenges while exhibiting extreme patience throughout the process. I certainly look forward to building an excellent relationship with the bank.

My experience is consistent with every 1star and -0 review. I arrived at 11A and I left at 2PM, without having the business that I needed resolved and it’s been a WEEK that I’ve been waiting to have a check cashed! A Bank of America check cashed, at Bank of America, the alleged number one bank in the United States. I was spoken AT not TO, and I had to correct the branch manager for her unprofessionalism. People were taken before me who arrived after because I was told they had appointments. I was also told that they have an influx of students and they weren’t prepared for them. Why does it take a bank a week to cash their own check? Me nor my time is valuable to them, and after a week, they still created hurdles for me to jump. SO, I took my business to the bank across the street, opened up a new account and was able to deposit my check, within 30 minutes. Then they have the audacity to reply to reviews and patronize us telling to “go to Twitter” to let them know more…This is the worst bank in America.

Went in last minute, the staff took care of me well and got my stuff done in a timely manner. I've seen bad reviews and was hesitant to go, but since I had no other option I walked in, and i was given excellent service by all ppl I had to engage with. So I do recommend it

needed something notarized very quickly. came in around 4:45 and the branch was very busy and the notary was unavailable. went on the BoA app around 5pm and booked an appointment at 9:30 the next day. bank associate was courteous, respectful of my time, and even called to follow up because she realized my form was missing a line. pleasant experience and i will consider them for future notary needs!

The rate of this branch shows what is happening there. my real rate to this branch is 0 .but it seems the bank does´nt pay attention to this poor rate. it is shameful for any of bank. agree?here is my story.I had an appointment at 12.30 pm on friday 16th June.I was there 12.35.someone asked me to sit. And story began. I waited and waited & I heard chatting & laughing.At 12.47, someone else came to say hello and etc.she told me the system has problem and i must wait more.I mentioned that the bank could and had to call me to inform me about this issue. So, my time could be saved and now my time was wasted.she agreed but nothing happened. I insisted that I must go because i have another meeting. she said that someone comes to do your job.I told her i must go at 13.finally someone came to assist me at 12.58.but it didnot work for me.so, who wants to do someting for my wasted money and time??? Just saying SORRY does´nt work at all.

The worth bank I ever seen customers service 0 manager not professional at all I went to cash a company check they keep telling me isn’t reading !!!!y bank Welssfargo I went to my bank cash out the check in one minute I ask the manger for her bussines card she doesn’t want to give her card never again sorry for everyone having account with this bank

I got here right before 5:00, if you really close earlier, then just say what time you close. The worse bank ever.
