Terrible one day they want to follow a policy about depositing checks and the next they don’t. If we are going to follow policy we should always do that but here that’s not the case. George who works there needs to figure out if he or his staff are gonna play loose with the rules or not. Won’t ever come back here

Chante Brown is great! She was very calm, very helpful and actually caring to resolve any issues you are asking for. Her calm attitude literally, reduces your typical work anxiety. She helped me twice during last few weeks. Thank you, dear Chante!? I will come back!

Branch is ok, but water is leaking from the spigot outside the branch. No one has fixed it in weeks. Makes the sidewalk outside slippery/icy.

Had such a good experience here with Hamallah! Had some issues with a wire I initiated at another branch and he was so helpful and got everything done and resolved quickly for me. Spent a lot of time helping me and was so patient and kind. Thank you Hamallah!

Vincent was so helpful! When their notary was not available he directed us to another bank. He also had the bank squeeze us in to make sure we were taken care of. Great service!

When I look at the other Google reviews for this Bank of America location, I feel like my experience there on Saturday morning, December 11, 2022 must have happened in an alternative universe because -- for me -- everything was perfect. The place was moderately busy, the security guard was friendly and the lone gentleman behind glass handled everything quickly and efficiently.The best part of my visit was the young lady -- she may have been a manager -- who assisted me. I was there to discuss some unauthorized charges on my account so wasn't exactly in the best of moods. I had neglected to make an appointment but the young lady did her very best to accommodate my needs, provide me with a private office to use the phone and answer all my questions.All in all a terrific experience and I would not hesitate to use this branch again.

The notary service at this location is a waste of time. The personnel is incompetent and lazy and incapable of processing basic information presented to them. Made an appointment here because of proximity to my house on 8/21 before going out of town with a deadline to notarize some documents for my living trust. With my certification of trust I want there to notarize some papers to transfer ownership from myself to my trust with proof that I am the grantor and the grantee. The notary service declined to do the notarization telling me this was complicated matter and needed legal advice from the legal department of BoA who was closed on weekends. I have done this in the past at a Wells Fargo bank close to my work.

Horrible location. Rude ppl. Never have any cash or can accommodate basic banking needs. Pointless location. Needs to close down.
