I’ve been here 4 times and out of the 4, I’ve been followed around the store twice after telling them I didn’t need help and one of those times, the bottles being snatched out of my hand. I don’t really appreciate the profiling. I find it a bit excessive and discrimatory. It’s too bad for they have a great selection. I won’t be back.

Visiting the District for the day: heard about this place and its amazing mezcal selection. Figured I’d bring a bottle or two home for the holidays. I was very impressed. Have not seen this kind of selection outside of Mexico. Miguel, one of the guys on the floor, spoke with me and gave me numerous recommendations. He was very helpful and friendly. Just wish I had more time to look around at the other spirits.Parking was a bit of a hassle. Opted for street parking but it was a busy Friday night. I’m assuming public garages are nearby.

I’ve been in DC for 15 years and this is the best liquor store I have encountered. Not only because of the variety of product they have on EVERYTHING, but also because of the service. These guys are so friendly and so knowledgeable. They’ll offer you the best product according to your preferences and not try to sell you the most expensive liquor.
