It’s a small neighborhood pharmacy with a very helpful staff. l. It took an unusually long time for staff to order and receive an out of stock medication. Staff was helpful with contacting my insurance company to resolve conflicting insurance payment information. Be sure not to wait until you have just a day or two before your prescription runs out. Parking is minimal.I’ll continue to use the pharmacy because most of my prescriptions are not covered by my insurance and the pharmacy worked with me as I negotiated a partial fee waiver.

Bellevue is a great place hard working techs socialize when asked questions nice you name it and as for me I do part time work for the Bellevue family it’s great working with humans that’s to me not of this world but taking care of people that needs help and providing support on customers matters Bellevue is my meditation environment great people great company

The phone staff and delivery service have been great, fast, and efficient every time. Not sure what the other low reviews are about but I think it's a fantastic pharmacy.

To be honest if zero stars was a thing i would select that option. They never have your medicine ready when they say they'll get it ready. The 15 minute waiting period be actually 45 minutes to an hour than usual because all the woman staff dont do a damn thing except play like they busy when you walk in after you'll catch them on the phone. No medicine foreal on the shelves. I can go on but this enough

I came to this Pharmacy I was reserved by my insurance company the first time I came to the awesome experience. All good things come to an end this next time I came horrible the worst first of all I came the first day they told me it'll be ready to 24 hours from that came 24 hours with that the prescription still wasn't ready I found them that I was out of blood pressure medicine so that should have been a number one priority it was not for them. Come to find out they never even called the damn prescription in to get transferred to them guys day three still no prescription and no meds transferring my prescription to a different location please be advised if you don't want your prescription please by all men go to this location.

The man who owns the pharmacy is unprofessional. They don't answer the phones nor return calls, and they don't ever have anything in stock. The sad part is they're close and convenient but not reliable.

Terrible staff is very unprofessional. My mother has been without her insulin for 2 weeks, luckily she had some extra or she would be in the hospital. We definitely are changing pharmacies. I wouldn’t give them one star but I had too.

Omg Never in my life have i called and got somebody to pick up the phone but today K.D. oh shes the one she was polite courteous and adamant about taking care of my issues before i got off the phone i appreciate you and hope that your supervisors appreciate your great customer service experience because i do thank you again

The only reason I click one star because you have to click on something. The African lady hung up in my ear 3 times so intentionally disrespectful DONT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE they have no professional etiquette. They will forward your call for nothing BEWARE! Transfer all your business!

They never have medicine in stock. Everything has to be ordered. My sons doctor prescribed him 2 inhalers and 1 pump. When I went in they tried to give me only 1 inhaler and looked “shocked” when I said I will pay out of pocket for the second one. I mean do I have a choice? And when I asked about the pump of course it wasn’t in stock and then “forgot to order” good thing I had one in the house and I didn’t need the other one until Monday for my sons daycare. The ladies are very nice but the man is so rude.
