Why bother going to Best Buy location if you are completely ignored in an empty store?
The security guard was the only person that was interested in my every move.
The experience was a useless waste of my time other than the cardio benefits of a speed walk from home.
I purchased the tv on Samsung’s Amazon store.
It arrived in a day, the perfect experience!

I don,t Recomended to buy any electronic from this story, i bought computer last year by cash and Debit card ,i didnt request for protection, but after year the reported me let fee deliquesce, for protection even the only bought computer but by them selves added and report me every month to credit department , without my authorization added the credit card please don't look this store .this working with Gasquet and city bank three of the when i am try to contact i couldn't easily get because the put on speech unable, even if if get customer service after i stay more than hour they transfer to me between BestBuy, Gasquet and Citibank ,no body can tell me exact what happened, the only asked me about t pay bill , how i can pay bill without my authorization , please be carful this story playing on customer .best buy?Gigsquat? citbank?
This best buy the woresst company in USA, because when you go to buy from this store the ask to get rubbish credit card, and also they added on customer hidden items without explain to customers ,
Please check your account after you buy from this store, don't accept any free offer items, and also don't take any credit card from this story if get credit card from this story goodbye ,they can add by themselves on your account without ur authorization. The only saw after destroyed ur credit point.

Bad management, horrible experience.
Not sure what’s going on with the store, I guess the location is suffering from tons of theft, Giving all the security, wondering around the store. The prices and the collection are limited, and the customer service is unpleasant, Lazy and unsupportive, I met the manager and she was worse than the rest of her stuff. No wonder the bad quality of customer service it’s coming from the top.
Personally, I think the most important part of a experience is having a welcoming stuff, Helpful customer service is always welcome helping with selection and making the right choice is always the reason for going to a store. You better search online and order online, then going in person to meet unpleasant people who hate their job. I think those kind of store should close.

Best Buy is located conveniently in a mall next to Target and other stores with groceries, clothing, and accounting services. Parking garage is on $2 for up to two hours

From them, messing up a delivery of a couple of iPads and sending it to an old address, to me coming down to this store to pick up another one of a different order and they didn’t ask for anything other than a phone number. That’s why Best Buy is going out of business because their customer service or the way that they do their service is real janky.
