Terrible customer service. I stood in the phone charger area for 20 minutes. As I looked for what I needed, a male customer who had been there less than two seconds was asked if he needed help by a male employee. It was immediate. Mind you, I was there for 20 minutes, awesome! Unfortunately, I've felt this more than once at this location. No one at the front greets you anymore. It seems there is a lack of helpful employees there. If you do need help, they act as if you're irritating them, they even argue with you when you ask simple questions. It's sad, I used to come to this Best Buy and feel valued. Now, I feel like I don't matter. I walked out because they didn't have exactly what I needed. No acknowledgement whatsoever from any employee. If you need something, just buy it online and pick it up. No need to waste time with the people there, they'll only help you if you beg and good luck if they are on their phone (which it seems they always are), they'll never see you.

Well, in general, but when it comes to video games, there is no variety of games and other peripherals, especially for Xbox and Switch. I think this point can be improved. In terms of service, I think that the employees could be a little more friendly and service-oriented and responsive to customer needs.

I went to Bestbuy to buy a usb-c cable. I met Saadia who was very kind and professional. Saadia helped me regarding this great membership called my bestbuy plus. I purched an iPad pro and magic keyboard and was able to save $117. Thank you Saadia. Excellent customer service.

Very fast service, Deonte helped me and explained everything I needed to know about the product I was buying and even helped me apply it. (I was buying a screen protector). He even helped get the correct one after accidentally getting the incorrect one.

The most bad customer service experience ever had at this store because the lady who was working by the exit door and check the receipt while leaving. I have lost my wallet and had to come back just to ask if she could look out for me at the camera just incase to make sure if I left it by the cash register. She was very rude and won’t even want to talk to me and act like serving other customers on the other side. I waited so long even the security asked her to come and help me. From the long distance, she said there is nothing she could do about it. After waiting so long I had to go and ask again. She was very mad and told me to wait and keep asking other customers to come on her side for checkout. Finally, I had to find the manager and begged for help. He was really helpful and helped me. However, I don’t see the reason why being mad and so rude since I was the one lost my wallet and needed help so bad. What is the meaning of customer service?I was polite when I asked and waited so long. Acting that way since I spent money and asked just very simple help at the store I do not deserve treated that way. I am so sorry and I hope the managers could do something about it not happening again to other customers.

Great store just in a bad location. If you plan to shop here park in the garage it will be easier to load your vehicle and safer.
