I've been trying to post a review on BBB's website. I submitted my review and then verified it. I got an email from them claiming that the review did not appear to have been verified. I confirmed that I did verify the review and sent them a link showing that the review was indeed verified. Now BBB rejects any emails I send them to try to get this resolved.

Definitely DONT RECOMMEND!!! Should be minus stars!! I have worked with retail and wholesale and in all my years working, I have never ever had a company like this. I had a whole HVAC system installed. It took 3 months to complete, 1-he forgot switch for drain and there was air leaking out of inside unit and some insulation missing from pipe outside and existing duct was not fully connected to inside unit, so was leaking air there as well. The communication in office and workers was the worst. Some of the excuses I received: Oh he has been busy. I have been busy. I never received any of your messages.(Not my problem! Not very professional! Incompetent!) As other reviews, I read-you were told your appointment would be this day and you wait all day, no text, email, phone call, nothing. This happened 5 times. Wasting my time. Meanwhile, over the 3 months, I was so stressed and very upset!, It just made no sense to me, that a company had that kind of customer service. They were going to give me a 1-year membership as a discount. I would never even think about having them back. If it takes them 3 months to do 1 job that should of been complete that day, I would not want them to come back?? Just plain ridiculous !!

bad company. they leave fake/false reviews about us on there, hurting us for potential new clients, even when we have proof and recordings of the client agreeing to terms, or backing out of projects. they allow those who pay to maintain good ratings, if you dont pay their fees, youll hurt your biz. This company will die over time. Noone uses them anymore, now including us. Here is an example. Search ADT on their platform. All negative reviews, somehow they are at A++ status daily.

Beware of Choice Home Warranty. They took my money and did not do the service. They collect the 75.00 before they do the service. The tech emails them and they tell you it not cover and the tech leaves with your money. Shammers.

I am trying to report an AT&T that is inside of a walmart in leesburg va but I could not find a way to do it, when me and my mom were shopping at walmart a guy named Thiago offered us new phones and also said that our monthly bill would be of 112 dollars for five line and said that the new phones would be completely free that we would only have to pay the sales tax which we payed, however when we got our bill it was of 528 dollars and we also noticed that Thiago the guy that did all of our paper work had also signed the documents for my mom. and now nobody is taking responsibility for it. we called at&t and they told us that they had nothing to do with it because it was a kiosk at a walmart and when we went to walmart to look for the guy that had forged the signature we did not find him there, and he also doesn't answer the number he gave us and the people that were working there were not helping either, even when the police officer was asking questions they weren't cooperating, when they were asked who was the person that managed the kiosk they did not want to give out the name. It’s shameful that companies like at&t are not making themselves responsable for these kinds of situations where people are getting scammed but they are responsable when it's time to send a large bill, and by the looks of it we are not the first people that this has happened to. AT&T has done nothing to help us find that person or solve our problem.
I would really appreciate if the Better Business bureau could do anything to help us, in the mean time we will do everything we can to solve this.

I just purchased 2018 Volkswagen GTI from National Auto Of Waldorf. Everything was so great and smooth, best thing we dont need to wait hours to buy car. Sales associate Alex was great he explained everything very clearly as well as the finance department, i strongly recommend this dealership.

Four years and ten requests and still no response from their business/consumer advocates. Email and phone calls get no response. Misrepresentation and negligence comes standard. If only they held themselves to some basic standards. Filing a complaint on BBB with BBB sounds unbelievable but not much left.

The BBB is worthless , what's the point of saying you are advocating for the consumer when you are really protecting the Business for money , this is a terrible business in itself .

My business was on their page a customer wrote a complaint. I wrote back to them explain the entire situation from beginning to end. However, they kept saying they did not receive the email. I forwarded them the email to the exact email as I was prompt to reply to, however at this point our business did not feel comfortable with paying another business just so we can be accredited when we can't even send them an email. A couple months have gone by and have not received even an apology. Don't waste your money in being accredited by them let your reviews and customer referral speak for your company.

I contacted this BBB via email and phone number on 12/27 to see why my case was closed prematurely. I have filed BBB complaints before with no issue, so I was very confused by the vague email response I received from this BBB. I then got a phone call outside of business hours on 12/28 at 7:16 AM and an unprofessional voicemail was left. A news update about “low vaccination rates” was loudly playing in the background and an individual says “who are you calling?” to the person making the phone call. The person who made the phone call then says “I’m trying to call her back” and hangs up. What a bizarre and unprofessional way of engagement, especially after the improper handling of my complaint.

On June 6, Jesse Koester of BBB sent me an email saying a customer review of a company I had submitted was removed at the request of the company, but provided no details of which review it was referring to. I wrote emails to Jess on 6/6 and 6/17 and received no response. On 6/23 I sent a third follow-up message to which Jesse Koester and Ashleigh Zalanka said they would follow-up and never did. Please, is there someone at BBB I can communicate with who will actually follow up?

In the week of December 11, 2023, I contacted the local BBB, in Washington DC, to check on a case , by phone , the women who's been there for years , answered with a nasty attitude, and tone which she normally has, when I gave here my name, tjis poor excuse for a front desk staffer, startef going off about i always file complaints, i reminded this unproffessional female, i won or satisfied all my complaints , and nevrt losy any.she hung up the phone, begore lying saying i filed a hundred complaints, she was veery nasty, a unproffessional statement she made, this BBB is horrible.it may be better to contact the attorney general office, .
