I just went to this nice bike shop with a flat tire. They took care of me right away. Got me back on the road in 10 minutes!!! They are the very best!!!

Fantastic service at this local bike shop. I recently visited this LBS to diagnose and fix an issue with my new bike, which was purchased new elsewhere. They asked a few questions and quickly got to work. Their quick turnaround and helpful suggestions were greatly appreciated. They were friendly and helpful, just what you need when you're trying to solve a mechanical issue. Highly recommended.

nothing 'pro' about it. shoddy work and total jerks at front and back of house. go to bikenetic or anywhere else really. have had major issues with every small thing they've ever done for my bikes, and have been denied service several times for projects being beyond their reach. i don't have enough google accounts to give them enough 1 star reviews, but i'd gladly make a few more to drive the point home.

We went here because they were pretty much the only shop in 100 miles that had entry-level road bikes for average-height women. When we came in, the staff were really helpful in getting us set up for the test ride (even loaning my partner a bike so he could come with me). No one tried to upsell us and the whole interaction was easy and efficient. I would come back here for sure!

A really great place to get a quick assessment and so honest, friendly and professional. Andre took care of me today; he effortlessly showed me how to easily put the chain back in place and then informed me that I’ll eventually need a new chain and cartridge as well as providing me a price range. He said I could still safely ride but it should be brought in at one point. So pleased that they are always consistent with their customers!

I originally received an email about Bicycle Pro Shop as the owner of City Bikes had passed away and his wife entrusted our emails with Bicycle Pro Shop. The staff were kind and polite and service was prompt given the season. It was just under a week. But Spring/Summer is usually busy due to the nice weather. Ultimately, I'm really satisfied with the service I received.

This is a long overdue review about the superb experience I had with the store manager, Chris, when I stopped by a couple of weekends ago. The shop was going to close in less than 15 minutes when I walked in with a request to change the tire. Chris quickly identified the issue and replaced the tire with the utmost speed and efficiency just before closing time, saving me both time and stress. I was able to enjoy my ride back home. I wanted to thank Chris again (he is someone who struck me as taking pride and ownership of his work) and also the Bicycle pro shop at Georgetown, you have now become my come-to store in the area. Looking forward to coming back and highly recommend it to the bike community!

Quaint little local bicycle shop on an incredibly busy Georgetown street with amazing people. The staff was incredibly understanding and helpful and the shop was willing to price match a bike from another DC bike store. Received it in about a week and they helped with all the adjustments. Felt incredibly welcomed especially considering I have very little knowledge about bikes!
Will be sticking with them for all my future bike needs :)
