This locksmith company is great. When you call, you get the call center and the representative was professional and courteous. He took my car information, my name, number and location. He told me he would pass this information on to the locksmith tech nearest me and I should receive a call within 10 minutes. Sure enough Nizan called me and I explained I lost my car key FOB and needed two new FOBs programmed and keys cut. Since I brought the FOBs, he wanted to ensure I purchased the right FOBs. I told him where I purchased the FOBs and we discussed to make sure the mother board FCC ID, IC and Continental numbers match to guarantee the FOBs would be programmable for my truck. He gave me a quote and scheduled a time he could come out. Nizan followed up on the morning of our appointment and told me what time he would arrive. He arrived and he was fast, efficient and professional. Took him less than 30 minutes to complete the FOBs and cut the keys. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to others. Just make sure you have CashApp, Zelle, Venmo or cash to pay. Even though they say they will take cards with a 6% transaction fee, they prefer cash.
