I got brakes all tires put on tie rods basically all suspension. I tried to go back to explain to them why my brakes grinding or dragging they talk with me try explain. But I wanted them to see what was going on. So they didn’t take the time to take a look at it, after I came back twice about the problem. Got a second opinion at another mechanic. Stated it was the wrong part. Now it’s ok,

I would not recommended coming to this shop. The staff were unprofessional and the service was not done correctly. The mechanic, Omar, was trying to flirt with me and made inappropriate comments about my body.
I brought my car in for a tire rotation and alignment. When I got my car back, the sensor was messed up and my car was making a weird noise. After taking it to another shop, I was told that they didn't put my tire back on properly and it could've fallen off at any moment. My car should not go into the shop fine and come out with issues. I could've gotten into a bad accident or worse.
Had he not been spending time inappropriately talking to me, he could've focused more and making sure my car was good to go.

Bad place to do business with. The guy over talks you and deflects from the issue you are trying to explain to him. He almost speaks to you as if you don't know what you're talking about. Sold me a defective tire and literally just removed it and replaced on the rear. My tire kept going flat and later when I went to Pep boys to have an Oil change they noticed that my tire was defective. I went back to BNH to explain to them about the defective tire he sold me, he refused to do anything about it because it was a used tire that was 4 months old. I had issues with the tire not long after I'd gotten it. They are shady people. If you ever get tires from them, please ask to inspect the tire before they put it on. I'm disgusted with these people.

owner was very nice and friendly so we’re all the technicians! my 4 brand new tires were ordered in the evening and arrived the very next morning. when i arrived for services my car was put on the lift immediately and tires were put on in a timely manner. i will def be back!
