“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. “Guarani’s finished my bodywork very quickly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and repaired scratches adjacent to the main damage that were not part of the insurance claim. I suspect the GEICO Express folks would have insisted that was an extra cost or claim.
Very friendly and efficient. Do be aware that they have a policy of not involving the insurance company if parts cost slightly more than quoted. This makes sense- especially if you have a deadline, because it can be a big delay. Also, they prefer checks and have you cover the processing fee (2%) if you use a credit card. Typical for these shops, but it’s good to be prepared.
I would absolutely use them again, especially if I were covering my own damage:)”

“On my way home, I started to hear a repetitive noise from my car. Pulled over and tires looked okay but after getting back on 295 that noise was getting more worrisome and Kangaroo Auto Crew was the closest shop. They were able to quickly check out my car and found a bolt in my tire. They plugged it up and had me on my way in no time. Though they’re not my local mechanic shop, I’m happy to know about them and would trust them again with any car issues. Customer service was great and Juan is the best!”
