The clothes from Bonobos are great, but for me, it’s the Guideshop that makes the brand special. This one in particular. Folks like Matthew and Emma make shopping less of a chore and more like we’re just hanging out talking clothes. Two days later, I’ve got boxes at my door. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience in this store! We were greeted at the front door by the sales associate A.S. He walked us through the fitting and purchasing process. We are excited to receive our order in the mail. I have already recommended this store to friends living in the DMV area.

My husband and I got our wedding tuxes from Bonobos. Emma was incredibly helpful with the fitting and they arrived right away - which did not stop us from procrastinating on actually trying them on. We discovered well over 30 days after purchase that we needed to exchange one of them. Bonobos was great about processing the exchange, no questions asked - and the tuxes looked so good at the wedding!

I decided to come to Bonobos for the first time and the experience was worthwhile. I worked with Declan, and he was extremely helpful with his suggestions, recommended options, and measurements. His expertise made the shopping process both enjoyable and efficient.

Best guide shop in DC hands down. I don’t always find things that fit my personal style at Bonobos but Matthew made it super easy to find the exact fit for me. I tried on some new items and looks that were very styling and are now some of my favorites in my wardrobe! He made the whole process so easy and effortless

This place is absolutely amazing/ Emma the manager helped me find the perfect clothes and then was incredibly helpful and patient when I did some returns. She helped me find what I need and did so with kindness and a smile. Her colleague Declan was also super helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process. This store and the people are awesome.

I recently visited Bonobos and had the pleasure of being assisted by Joe Barloon. We were on the hunt for new casual shirts, and Joe went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we needed.
He patiently guided us through the different fits—regular, tailored, and slim—while also helping us find the perfect length. Joe’s knowledge of the products was impressive, and his friendly demeanor made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.
Highly recommend Joe and the team at Bonobos!

I'll be generous and leave two stars but only due to the employees that were working there at the time I was measured for a tux. They deserve 5 stars. If I could leave 0 for Bonobos I would. The tux they sent was way too big, nothing like what I was measured for, and the replacement was almost just as large. After that, and several attempts over several weeks at getting customer service to process a refund (since my returns had been tracked and delivered back) I opened a dispute with my credit card. Randomly a couple weeks later I received an email that I had received a refund (I had not) and it didn't even include the tax paid on the items. Ridiculous company.

Great experience! Immediate bonobos convert.I’ve had Bonobos clothes before but was reluctant to visit the try-on only stores for whatever reason. Maybe it’s the fear of sales pressure, or the disappointment of not leaving with the item. But the trade offs are well worth it!You will have to interact with a sales person and try things on, but never fear–these people are experts! Shout out to Matthew who worked tirelessly to help me narrow down on the right pant and shorts until the fit was perfect.And while you have to wait for delivery all the fabric options make it well worth it. If I need another color dress pant I know exactly what to get. Being confident in the fit is priceless.One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while!

I bought a few pairs of their dress pants. The fit is great. However after 5 or so washes the pants color started to fad. I expected more for pants that are $100+. I will not buy them again.
