The “slim” style I tried on at the Georgetown store was not the same as what was shipped to me. The pair I received was significantly smaller. The sales associate was friendly and helpful, but the pants I tried on in person did not match what I ordered.

Vincent at the Georgetown (Cady’s Alley) Bonobos Guideshop is absolutely phenomenal. I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed about finding the right tuxedo for an upcoming wedding, but Vincent made the entire experience feel approachable. His enthusiasm for helping people look and feel their best is so genuine.
What really set him apart was his expertise, not only in styling, but in tailoring as well. He walked me through every detail, offered thoughtful recommendations, and took the time to make sure everything fit to my liking.
We added all the pieces we discussed directly to my Bonobos cart while I was in the store so I could review and purchase later as needed, which was incredibly helpful. And to top it off, he followed up with me after my appointment to check in and make sure I had everything I needed.
Vincent went above and beyond. If you are looking for someone who truly cares and knows their stuff, look no further.

My wife Autumn and I went into Bonobos yesterday and it was a truly incredible experience! Not only are the clothes amazing, but the service provided by Vincent Barbatti was outstanding! He was thoughtful, inquisitive and showed a genuine care for helping us pick out some new threads for our upcoming trip. As someone who doesn’t like to shop, he made the experience enjoyable, followed up after the purchase and helped us throughout the entire experience giving tips and recommendations. We highly recommend Bonobos, and Vincent as your style guide! We will be back!

Went in to get a few pairs of chinos for work. Timothy and his colleague were very helpful and friendly. They made sure that the pants I ended up getting were the right fit and appropriate for my personal style. Highly recommend stopping by!

Great service, the worker was able to find perfect fits, doesn't try to enforce their opinion, and checks the clients thoughts all the time. Plenty options for polo's, shirts, both causal and formal.

I came in yesterday to exchange some pants and figure out which sizes fit me best, but by the time I left I had probably had my best experience ever trying on clothes. Tim and Vincent helped me find pants that fit best initially, and followed-up with with shirts and jackets. The entire experience was incredibly easy and efficient since with a few questions and a glance they were able to determine what I would like best. It was a fun, effortless experience in finding clothes that fit me perfectly.
Moreover, both of them were incredibly friendly. My roommate and I are moving to the area soon and Tim was recommending areas to check out!
If I ever need to go to a Bonobos in-person again for whatever reason, I'll absolutely be going to this location.

Well informed staff, quick fitting, and prompt delivery of suiting. They have a deal with a tailor nearby for adjustments - which also was speedy with the alterations. Had it all in time for a wedding I was in.

Ummmmm my credit card has a problem because I spend too much when I go here!! The staff is fabulous I mean like wow. I would never buy online I would only buy in store. Their store manager is exceptional!

I don’t usually review things but I had a great experience scheduling an appointment with Lamar. He took plenty of time to help me (a person with not much style sense) put together a great wardrobe and troubleshoot a shipping issue. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
