I had a wonderful experience at the boost mobile store yesterday. Went to buy a new phone. The Dominican lady who sold me the phone was extremely kind and helpful. She even helped me to setup my accounts and gave me advice on best settings. Excellent customer service.

In that store there is a Dominican girl who gives terrible service to customers. The other girl is very friendly so they should serve all customers.

El tiempo en ese Boost mobile ha cambiado, antes fue mi lugar favorito para hacer mis cambios de teléfono y comprar los accesorios, allí compre mi primer teléfono, recuerdo que fue un blackberry. Los empleados eran amables, afables y agradables, pero ahora no es igual. Comprar un teléfono ahora es una tortura cuando antes era una delicia.

Bad service. They steal gigs from you and do not help your cell phone technical problems. It costs a lot to be attended to.
