Disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. Don’t try anything unless you’re 100% sure you’re buying. Or else you’re gonna get haunted forever. We live close by and stop by every now and then. One time my husband tried out a suit but there’s no suitable size. Later the store got the size so they texted us about the availability. We did not go back to try it since my husband is still working remotely full time, and there’s no need for new suit just yet. A few months later, we stopped by the shop again. As soon as we walked in, the store manager started complaining to the staff about how we never went back to try the suit on. Moreover, as I strolled towards the woman section, she chased me down and reiterated it to my face again how we did not come back. Needless to say, we’re never going back again, and so shouldn’t you.

I’m not one to write reviews but my experience today absolutely calls for one.I went to return a suit that I bought 5 days ago from Hugo boss store and the store manager after a few minutes for back and forth between her employees comes out and tells me we cannot take this back because the tags have been removed.I did mention that the tags were off the suit since before I buy it and they gentleman that helped me with my purchase was kind enough to put the tags around the hanger which I provided at the time I attempted to return the suit. The manager, Maria then tells me according to the receipt we do not take anything back after the tags are removed which seems to be unreasonable given the fact that the tags are there on the hanger and the suit in intact. She then asked if I wore the suit I said I did for no more than 30 minutes at my house before I decided I don’t like the fit. I felt a very egoistic and condescending demeanor from the start of the conversation and I was not even ask for a reason for the return until I mentioned that I don’t like the fit. I wasn’t even offered help to look for something different or an exchange for a size down.Such a poor customer service experience makes me not want to go back to any boss store as much as I like the brand!

Aziz was incredible- we loved his attention and service so much. He went the extra mile and steamed my husband’s evening-wear for him for our special night out. I would recommend this store for anyone in the DC area looking to get a great fitting outfit with a luxury feel. Thank you Aziz! We will be back.

Most incompetent yet opinionated and disrespectful staff. We went there to buy a suit but decided to go to a different Hugo Boss in another city because we were disgusted by how opinionated the staff were yet had minimal knowledge.

I want to share with you my experience with Hugo boss city center DCI came in the last few weeks and spent over $6,000 on some new fashion!I began a new lifestyle and lost some LBS so wanted to redo my whole wardrobe with new gear - so the shopping was my happy reward to myself!My last visit the very nice bit 87 year old sales person accidentally put 1 shirt and 1 pair of jeans that were not my size.He pulled everything for me and i ended up buying 23 different articles of clothing that day.Each of these items were never worn or tried on because the dales person had my size -trusted he pulled the correct size for me.I came into the store to not even return but explained I wanted to just get the correct sizeMade a 80 mile drive round trip because of their mistake !I was met with absolute contempt, hostility and treated like a street beggar from the female manager.First Im not a complainer this is my first review good or bad.I own a business for 32 years and have sales to the public in the millions of $ per year.I came in from the gym so wasnt all dressed in Prada from head to toe and her instate look on her face showed that I was some street mall guy that could not afford to be in her store. One thing Ive learned early on you never know who your dealing with so be nice !!!!Bottom line she was beyond rude and condescending and should never ever be on a place with where she is interacting with the public .Please do not give them your businessIm 59 male mellow guy family man and no drama , I was compelled to give everyone a warning- they do not deserve your businessAnd apparently they to care!I was planning a big shopping day todayI will never ever ever-buy a stitch from Hugo Boss again

I ordered a suit to this store to wear to an event and scheduled an appointment for alterations. On the day of my appointment I called the store for a couple hours from the time they opened and nobody ever answered so I drove 45min to the store. The store had more employees than customers which makes it absolutely unacceptable that they've been ignoring customers calling the store. Then I find out that they don't have the suit and my order was canceled but nobody bothered to contact me from this store and tell me that my appointment was canceled. This is my first and last time EVER visiting the DC Boss location. Terrible customer service.

This was my first time visiting this location in City Center on Tuesday afternoon this week with my girlfriend and if I could give it 0 starts I would. First when we walked in the two ladies just stared at us and did not say hello until we did. Then we proceeded to walk around the store , I was looking for something in particular and did not find it so we started to leave and the sales person said "oh this store is too conservative for you"? This comment was completely unecessary. We felt judged because we were dressed sporty, so even if I did find something I liked I would not have purchased because of the derogotority comments made by your staff! they need to be careful how they speak to clients. I'm sure your are loosing business because of these two women. You definitely need to rethink who you have in place representing your brand! I will never go back to this store again! Not a good experience at all:(

I stopped in with a friend bc I was searching for a top to wear to a holiday party . When we walked in the two associates just stared at my friend and I so I greeted them with , “ Hey how are you guys doing today .” bc it was getting awkward . They replied , then made a few remarks about what we were wearing . In all honesty it’s my off day , I’m wearing a moncler puffer with sneakers , which shouldn’t matter . I saw a lot of beautiful pieces but nothing that fit what i was looking for today .On the way out the same women who commented on my outfit said . “ Our store is to conservative for you “….and that’s why I gave you guys one star today . It was very disrespectful .

I thought i’d share my families unacceptable experience at this store after they left very disappointed.My cousin loves shopping at BOSS stores and it was their first time shopping in this area at this store, but their experience wasn’t very pleasant. First, the employees wanted to make it VERY clear that their system was down and could only take cash..which was ok fine..but the employees weren’t very welcoming and it weren’t very helpful at all (it was both a male and female employee). After my family was followed throughout the store by the employees, my cousin had asked for a couple of shirts in size XL. The employee (an older male who knew spanish) REFUSED to show him the XL because he thought the XL wouldn’t fit and that the XXL was best suited for him. After my cousin expressed to the man more than a few times that he clearly knew his size there, the employees proceeded to refuse to give or even show him the the XL shirt.After the employees refused to draw any attention to help them, being FOLLOWED and watched the ENTIRE time they were looking, and to REFUSE to show a specific size a customer is looking for is beyond me. This is unacceptable and I hope nobody else receives this type of discrimination in the future.

Sales representatives are very helpful and the suits are great, but the tailoring service at Hugo Boss in CityCenter DC is insufficient. Recently, Hugo Boss was supposed to tailor my newly purchased shirt, but mailed it back three weeks later without having done any tailoring and mistakenly sent me someone else's blazer as well. If you need tailoring work, go to Do's in Georgetown for expert tailoring, don't use the tailor at Hugo Boss.

It is extremely annoying to speak with someone earlier in the day to tell you the store will close at 6pm, upon arrival at 5:09pm. The store is closes at 5pm die to Covid 19. Even when you call the store the hours state 6pm and the sign on the door indicated 6pm. This is an extreme inconvenience and a complete waste of time.
