I have been a regular customer of this convenience and smoke shop for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best in town. The brothers and staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They greet me by name, remember my preferences, and offer me discounts and freebies. They have a wide selection of products, from snacks and drinks to vaping supplies. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a cozy atmosphere. I always feel welcome and comfortable here, like I am part of their family. This is more than just a convenience and smoke shop, it is a place where I can relax, chat, and enjoy myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great shopping experience. You will not be disappointed!

Wow… What a selection of Fronto and Funnel. They are the only store in the DC area with this variety. I felt like I was back in NYC. They also have a full selection of Poppers and grabba.

Just adding to the echo chamber of other reviewers to say I love visiting Box Convenience because of the staff. I went to 3 other locations nearby selling similar products before stumbling across them and they've been refreshingly friendly in the sea of disconnected, disengaged U St shops. The store is well-stocked and organized, the workers are knowledgable and they took the time to engage with me enough to remember my name, order preferences, etc. from the first visit. They genuinely care about customers and making folks feel welcome and get much of their business from regulars like me.Appreciate y'all! Thank you for being the highlight of my forays into the beautiful hot mess that is 14th (and U) St.
