If this company goes by the name Trucks On Call which I think is the same company since its located in the same location, use ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS. I was quoted $1098.00 and its ended up costing me over $4000. Six weeks later, I've had to get the police involved, the DOT, Attorney General and a lawyer to recover my things , and I still don't have them. They are the biggest bunch of con artists I've ever dealt with. I am sad beyond words by what they have done. Please do not use them if you value your things.

Never ever use this company! They charged 3 times the estimate, and didnt tell me untill after they locked up my stuff and held it until i paid them. They were subcontracted under American moving and storage. Dont use either company.

I'm absolutely blown at how horrible this move went. So these guys go by multiple names including Maryland's Best Movers, 123 movers and a slew of other names. But look them up with their business number (DOT# 1409224 | MC# 534017) . I move every 6 months. I usually find a great local company that does good. This was beyond horrible. The quote was great. They work great with you. Then they get to the day of the move, and they add 15 new items. I've done this before. I know how to tell you how much stuff I have. It doesn't benefit me to lie. But they literally took my bed apart and counted every piece of screw and board as an item. Whether it's their way of doing initial estimate to get you to do business or the untruthfulness of the movers, I'm not sure. Either way it's a lie. That added an additional 300. Then they were supposed to call before they left so I could have them hold in storage. Because although they say they will hold items in storage for a month, that's before they leave. So no one calls me a week. Then I call and they say, Monday or Tuesday we will call right before we leave. No One does. I call. They say they already left. I tell them they can't come on weekend because my apartment is closed. They show up Sunday. Then charge me another 100 for the "extra walk distance". Although no Other company ever has because it's within their set parameter. Mind you they tried to say it was even more than 100. Until I walked it with them. Then since they came without giving me time as they had promised , they tried to charge more to go up elevator because it wasn't reserved. So....you're telling me, you're mistake and you want to charge me. The manager called after I threw enough of a fit, said "I don't work for free". No sh** Sherlock. I'm asking to pay the fair amount. Heck, I'm willing to pay the extra charges we didn't discuss. But I refuse to pay for your mistake. He was disgustingly disrespectful, unfair and straight up a liar. I offered to show him my proof of voicemail and my call log of when I called BOTH movers, company, and dispatch. He said no. Oh and btw , you can't talk to the company once the movers have your stuff. Which means they outsource. Or lie. Please don't use.

Horrible -- Bait and Switch Movers, for sure. I saw a few good reviews of this company, perhaps some have had a good experience, perhaps they were friends of the company. Since the operations manager's name is Ron Biton, reasonable people would assume that one of the 5 star reviews from "Lironbitton Bitton" is from him. In any event, my experience was bad. The packing was barely adequate - sloppy and rushed -- and a few fragile porcelain items broken, but not horrible. Trying to commit to a delivery date was a real pain -- the driver made 6 stops on his way out to our place. And acted as though he was doing me a favor responding to questions. And here's the bait and switch -- although they knew my new address when I booked the move -- right before delivery they said "18 wheelers are not allowed in your city -- you'll need to pay an additional $350 cash for a shuttle". They didn't bother to find out beforehand -- after all, its the customer who pays, not the company. Plus, the rented shuttle was used by at least one other customer -- I'm pretty sure that the driver was double charging. And to top it off, the driver carelessly dropped poster flat on the floor of his truck and all the glass was broken. Moving in by driver and his helper was sloppy in general and caused unneccessary nicks and dings in my new place. Truly do not be swayed by the (phony) positive reviews -- you will likely pay the price that the rest of us have.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We were quoted at 1200 and then on moving day they packed up our belongings, and then the driver came back with and estimate 3 times that!! Rip off much!! Well we didnt pay it cause that is not the binding quote we had signed before. Then we canceled our card to prevent them from stealing the money, and the next day they called and said our card was declined. They tried to take out 1300!! We didnt even have that much on that card! And now we are trying to negotiate with these terrorists cause they are holding our stuff hostage and threatened us that they are going to sell our stuff in 20 days if we dont pay up!! Just so you know that is illegal!

Stay AWAY from them. Please read Department of transportation page for frud alert (red flags). They are exactly match with the majority of those red flags. They will charge you at least 1000 extra to estimate and bring half of your item, mostly broken. Also, they recommend to not buying insurance that allow them to take anything they want from your items. Think through, they give good estimate, but will give you a paper to sign that has extra charges on that. save your self against frud.

Worst moving company ever. First they pulled the old bait and switch with my stuff. They quoted me 1200 originally for my move based on the stuff that I had. However, when my stuff got loaded they requoted me for 3200. Being not so wealthy I could not pay that, so they held my stuff in an undisclosed location till I could get the money. I fought over the price for weeks but they just said that if i didn't pay they would auction off my stuff after a month. I was able to borrow some of the money and they said they would cut the bill by 400, so we finally came to an agreement and they said they would drop off my stuff Friday. Called Friday and they said Saturday. Called Saturday and they said Sunday. They just kept putting it off meanwhile never disclosing the location of stuff. I am putting this review up hoping that they drop off my stuff today. I even threatened to call the cops. I just want those out there looking for a moving company to never experience my nightmare. As an end note all of my stuff was packed and ready to move and they still found a way to charge 600 for moving supplies. Not labor mind you this was "moving supplies". Shady, Shady people.

Caution!!, Caution!!, Caution!!...This moving company does not deserve to be in business...They are a BAIT AND SWITCH operation. BR Movers sales rep will quote you a price based on your inventory and on the day of your move you will have the exact same inventory but they want to increase your quote by 45% to 50% stating "The inventory was done over the phone and quote is an estimate"...Please beware. This is first review I ever wrote and the only reason is because of the HORRIBLE, MEAN SPIRITED, and UNETHICAL business practise of BR-Movers...I read the review but I give most people the benefit of the doubt and things happen, but Trust me stay away from this company...
